Im sure for women who have been with this Dr for years will continue to be content. As a new patient, I was extremely dissatisfied. Since the very first day I saw Dr. White his office staff was rude and appeared to only care about one thing: MONEY. I have really good insurance, as a side note. As a new OB patient they required $100 be paid upfront, no exceptions. I went back for my 4th appointment today and they were asking for last month and this months payment of nearly $300 each. I informed them I was moving and would be switching doctors, hoping I could just see dr. White for prenatal care until then. He refused to see me unless i made the $300 payment which covered his delivery fees and post partum visits. It didnt make sense to me to pay for services I wouldnt be receiving. They refused to bill my insurance before collecting money. His bedside manner is also very poor. He is in the exam room with you for MAYBE 3 minutes and does not remember the last appointment he had with you. Needless to say, I will be finding another doctor in the area. THIS DOCTOR IS EXTREMELY MONEY HUNGRY AND DOESNT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING ELSE. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

I always felt like Dr. White respected me and my decisions - I put off surgery for six months to try another type treatment to shrink uterine tumors. I knew he wasnt crazy about that decision but he was reasonably sure we werent dealing with cancer and he let me try it. Of course I wasnt successful in that endeavor so I had a hysterectomy - he never once said "I told you so" - and he certainly could have done so. But the fact that he let me try another tact was huge. I greatly respect that in him.

Dr. White was my rock throughout my pregnancy. I developed Pre-eclampsia out of nowhere at 30 weeks which lead to a placental abruption. Dr. White explained everything to me, kept me comfortable for 3 days then he made the call we had to deliver early. Thank GOD he did as if we had waited another 30 minutes, my daughter would not be here today. This man is one of the greatest doctors you could ever ask for! Thank you Dr. White

Dr White is by far the best OB/GYN I have ever had. Ive had 4 children and he delivered my first- that was the best experience of all of them. I saw him every appointment, not multiple Drs or nurses, he was the on there to deliver my child, not some stranger Id never met within a practice or other on-call DR. He has great bedside manners and is just so kind & a delight! Highly, highly recommend!

Dr. White is, by far, the BEST health care provider around. No need to travel to any of those "renowned institutions" for Endometriosis or other reproductive care- we have the BEST, right here in Daytona Beach- in Dr. John White. Thank you for everything you do!
