The place "Repeatedly" told my doctors referral department and us that they ACCEPTED our insurance. Weve been going 3 times per week for a few weeks now and they just called to say, oops I guess we dont take your insurance so you have to pay for ALL of it. If this happens to you with any business, please inform the places below & share your story because the issue is THEIRS & NOT yours. You do NOT have to pay for their mistake. Better Business Bureau Department of Revenue Google Reviews Yelp etc...
