I give only one star only because I cant give less. The staff is very rude and disrespectful. I waited three months for a trial set of contacts for my daughter and they said I would have to pay an additional doctor visit fee since it was longer than three month. In that three months I had called to check on the contacts and they told me that it was not true...really? The wait times are ridiculous as well...Glasses here are cheap..but so is the service....better off paying more for glasses elsewhere.

Cheapest Glasses (lenses+frames) in town. A $40 pair of glasses? YES PLEASE! the staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. All of the doctors are great at what they do and really know what they are talking about. If I am incorrect in my assessment of the quality of service at this facility, and the staff does indeed express unwarranted hostility towards any random patient/customer, i would still go here to get my visual needs taken care of.

THE WORSE EYE CLINIC I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! Upon signing in when I first arrived, the wait was an hour before even being called up to the front desk, asked a couple question and then ask to have a sit again only to wait 20 more minutes, then was eventually led to the back to another waiting area where I waited about 30 more minutes to actually see the Dr. and this was WITH AN APPT!!! To add insult to injury... The staff was very unpleasant.

I had problems with my cell phone and I got a new number, I called this place to change my number because I had ordered glasses the week before. The lady who answered the phone was so rude, asking me "for what reason did i need to change my number". I was going to ask her what the status was on my order and she hung up! Once I get my glasses, I wont be going back there. And I do not recommend this place to anyone!

SUPER! I was going through a miscarriage same day and my eye doctor was so incredibly sweet and had me laughing. I can say it really is obvious that when doctors and medical staff enjoy what they are doing and are happy that it reflects of the service the patient receives. I will say its been almost 2 weeks for my contact trials to come in which is disappointing... But the service is worth the wait so far.

The staff wasnt exactly friendly but I dont care. The optometrist failed to tell me I have sever astigmatism which I already knew I have but they have told me at every eye exam ever, and he didnt. Still not a huge deal. I was told I would get a call when my glasses were ready. A week went by, I finally call and they tell me they are ready. I ask when they were ready, they say just now. Hard to believe.

I have being coming to this office since I was a child. All the doctors are very professional and compassionate about me as a patient. They are very thorough in everything they do. The staff has always been very friendly, and have always gone out of their way to make me happy. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for an eye doctor.

Rude people.. Been waiting on my son glasses for over a 2 weeks now.. Seem like im letting the run around and Ive already paid them. Thats why i like to pay folks when i receive my things. Even exchange! He need his glasses so bad tho and i dont understand why they dont do a rush on those whose almost blind

Not sure what happenned to the other people on here but I had a good experience there. Great service wait times were good considering its a doctors office. Once attended service was fast, friendly, and thurogh. Doctor is very knowledgeable.

The doctors are great period I got the prescription pill is right for me. But the flip frames that I picked up. Were not the ones that they gave me. All I really can say is wait for them to call you instead of you calling them. Spiders

Accepts our insurance. Staff not friendly. Waited over an hour with an appt. We do not get glasses here, they have 2 choices, cheap and over priced. Like the Doctors.

My daughter had an 11 oclock appointment and it is now 1:30 and she still has not seen the doctor, the service here is usually better but today has been poor....

Last year they did an amazing job with my children. I cant wait to take them back. I do agree I would never by their glasses here. We take the script to Wal-Mart.
