I met this dr. at the walmart vision center. After his departure at that location he took my information and proceeded to have my phone blow up from texts and calls at his new office informing me their location and of my need to make an appointment. On the day of my visit, After waiting for an hour to be seen for my appointment, I went back only to be bombarded by his continual and seemingly never ending options on health care, insurance companies, and some additional out-of-pocket eye care procedure that according to him was absolutely vital to my eye care health. Surprisingly enough at no point in the 2 hours I spent in his office did I receive any health care benefits for my eyes after all of his campaigning for better eye health care. Finally beginning the vision exam he continued talking the entire time not allowing for me to get a word in edge wise. He pushed me into contacts which I wear very little and told me he wouldnt even print a glasses prescription for today. I left the office only to walk into a confusion of himself and 2 office staff gaggling about seemingly disorganized and lacking in understanding of professional protocol. I went to pay, after having been told the week before by phone when I made the appointment that my current insurance was on file and my co pay would be $10, to be told they ran my insurance and found it was some company they didnt work with and I needed to pay as a cash customer. With all of the confusion and chaos, and of course his consistent ramble and banter, I paid the cash pay (supposedly with some grand discount) of $121. They then tried to assure me I needed additional visits for additional procedures. I polite fully declined and left. Feeling suspicious, I called another vision care office and asked them to run my insurance. I was then informed my insurance had not in fact changed and my co pay was in fact $10. I immediately went over to have a new vision test done to ensure I received an accurate prescription. He took my money, I received no actual prescriptions to buy new glasses or contacts and then after the fact called, yelled at me, refused to give me a refund, and hung up on me. I have contacted the vision board on his practice and I will NEVER go back to this doctor and I will tell everyone who will listen of this horrendous experience.

I have been a patient of Dr. Aroras for 13 years. I have moved, he has moved, but Ive always made the trip to see him because hes the only one I trust with my eyes! I had many problems with glasses and contacts when I started wearing them as a teenager, especially terrible headaches. My vision would worsen and I had a stronger prescription at each doctor visit until I started seeing Dr. Arora. He actually lessened my prescription strength for my nearsightedness and astigmatism. In the 13 years since Ive been seeing Dr. Arora, my vision has never changed again! I believe that can be attributed to his vision correction techniques for nearsightedness. I am an ideal candidate for Lasix, and Dr. Arora can also perform this procedure for me when Im ready. I have recommended him to many of my family and friends, and I highly recommend him to anyone. Vision is a very precious sense, and you must have someone you can trust to treat your eyes!

Dr. Arora was very meticulous in my annual eye check up, I have never experienced an eye doctor paying so much attention and care, making sure that the lenses power not only suit correctly but also helps transition comfortably. Dr. Aroras staff is super experienced as well. Mostly, you find inexperienced college graduates working in doctors offices, however, in the case of Dr. Arora, who himself is over 18 years experienced, his staff is super experienced in the eye check up (the gentleman was over 30 years experienced and the lady at the reception was very helpful as well). The bill was very detailed (explained my insurance one by one and the best options). I was scheduled for a follow-up check up visit to make sure I felt comfortable. Highly recommended! So happy I found Dr. Arora who made me feel so comfortable and cared so much that I find the right solution.

Dr Arora was without a doubt THE BEST doctor I have ever seen for my eyes. He was professional, courteous and found the exact prescription I needed in minutes! He was working at the Wal-Mart Vision Center at the time and I am so happy to know that he is now in private practice on his own. I would highly recommend you choose to schedule with Dr. Arora for personal, professional, warm service. You could not find anyone better! He put the contacts in my eyes FOR ME!! Oh my gosh - never before or since! I have moved to another state and Janet was just wonderful to help me by sending my prescription to the new OD here in FL. I send all my best wishes for the success you surely deserve, Dr. Arora! If life brings me back through TX, I will definitely schedule an appointment.

Best optometrist in the world! Dr. Arora is a doctor that actually KNOWS what he is doing! Wouldnt let anyone else handle my eyes. Best experience in optometry to date, well actually my only experience and I am grateful to have found him. Very Friendly and curtious, took the time to explain my vision to me in a way even i could understand. About 6 years ago, I met Dr. Arora when he was working for SAMs and Walmart and now he is pursuing his own optometry. Recommend him! Working miracles, he even took care of my aunt, who we discovered that she had vision problems since birth, and made her actually see the world for the first time. He truly cares about the patients and takes his time to perfect the vision.

Dr. Arora is a very patient, down to earth, and friendly person. He has been my eye doctor for over a decade, ever since I first needed glasses in elementary school and is hands down the best optometrist Ive ever seen. The others always made me feel like a statistic/customer. But with Dr. Arora, Im not another number. I am a person. Moreover, he conducts thorough and comprehensive exams, pays close attention to detail, is very knowledgable, and is always happy to answer any questions. And for someone like me, who really values their eye sight, its incredibly reassuring to know my eyes are in good hands. All in all, I definitely recommend Dr. Arora for any vision check ups/needs. You wont regret it!

I trust Dr. Arora with my vision because, compared to all other optometrists Ive seen, his practice has been the absolute best. My prescription has remained unchanged for the past few years and I owe that to his expertise. Other optometrists would have just gone through the motions and kept on pushing stronger prescriptions each year, but Dr. Arora takes a different, more holistic approach that I believe has been nothing but positive for me. The office is organized, scheduling an appointment via their text-message based system is easy and the exam is thorough. All my questions are answered and everyone is friendly and happy to help. I highly recommend this practice.

Ive known Dr. Raj Arora going on nine or ten years now, and he is the best optometrist I know . I have seen other optometrists who were cheaper or closer to me in Denton and the quality of those exams were nothing compared to Dr. Aroras service and attention to detail. He remembers his patients and their family, he has a friendly personality, and he cares about eye health. Dr. Arora is patient in that he does not rush his work and ensures his patients leave satisfied. He is a very talented man and has many specializations including Lasik surgery. Dr. Aroras work is consistent and trustworthy, worth the drive to Dallas.
