If you have kerataconus and have struggled getting contacts or finding a competent physician, look no further than Dr Bank.. In 5 years I went to 5 different optometrists trying to get a good fit. The last one took 7 months and it was usually 6 weeks between visits because of "waiting" on contacts to arrive. He eventually gave up and I had to settle on lenses that were not very clear... He then charged me $300 for the contacts and wanted to charge another $250 for the visits... I found Dr Bank in Jan 2013, he is extremely knowledgeable and straight forward about costs.. It took 4 visits to get a good fit but even ordering 3 sets of contacts it was less than a month and total cost was less than $100.. They do not try to rip you off by maximizing insurance charges and getting in your pocket too... The staff is extremely friendly as well... A wonderful experience in every aspect...

I have been going to them for months. My situation has been complicated with many problems (scar tissue on the cornea, cornea transplant, and cataract removal) along the way. Dr. Williams has been very patient with me and I appreciate all the staff and Dr. Bank, also. I am now fitted with a contact lens that lets me see almost 20-20! I have not been able to see THAT well ever in my life! My multiple birth defects did not help matters any! Having a blind left eye due to glaucoma made the use for my right eye so much more extensive and complicated. I do owe all the people at Insight a BIG debt of gratitude for being there for me!!!! I definitely would recommend them to anyone who needs more care than just the norm!

The staff at Insight are super friendly and always helpful. Collen went above and beyond in helping me get new glasses. I moved to another state, the optometrist I saw in CA said they couldnt get new lenses make up (I wanted the same frames) without the frames. Since I cant drive without glasses, that wasnt going to happen. To make a long story short, when I called Insight they were more than happy and willing to process the Rx and get the lenses made and shipped to me. Colleen also took care of getting my lenses made for my Maui Jim sunglasses. I highly recommend Insight Compete Eye Care to everyone!
