This place is great. I had an eye exam that went very smoothly. I decided to try contacts for the first time in my life and the doctor was very supportive. I ended up trying three different kinds before selling on the perfect ones. I saw the one star reviews and tried them out anyway to see for myself. Those people must be mistaken as I cant imagine having such a great experience and others having such a poor one. I wouldnt typically write a review but I felt bad after seeing the other posts. Go try Moorhead Vision Associates in Moorhead Center Mall. Theyre great. Plus youll get to support our little mall.

I would in no way recommend this business to anyone. I went in with a person wanting to purchase glasses. The person wanting to purchase the glasses had vision insurance, but I guess the insurance that she had was frowned upon by Moorhead Vision Associates, because she was treated like a second class citizen. The two sales associates that helped her were rude and we basically felt like we had the plague. We left without making a purchase. In my opinion, a one star rating is too great.

I went in to get my eye checked out as I thought I had a scratch on it. I was expecting to get only my hurt eye checked out to see if there was indeed a scratch. They ended up doing basically a full on exam to see how my eyes were doing together, and separate. I was very pleased with this experience! I wish I would have known about this place before! Its a shame this visit will be my only visit as I am moving out of state in a few weeks. I strongly suggest this place!

The doctor was really great, however I cant say the same for the others that work here. One of the ladies tried to sell my family over priced contacts and another completely forgot to order much needed glasses for my daughter. I wouldnt recommend going here simply because of the staff.

Moorhead Vision Associates has been a great eye-care provider for me and my family. The friendly staff & doctors made me feel at home. Its unfortunately my eyes are EXTREMELY poor but I know they are in good hands. I highly recommend visiting them for you next checkup.
