I have gone to this office for years. Ive always been unhappy when i have left. Appts are impossible to get in any sort of timely fashion. I scheduled one appt for 4 months out, this was the soonest i could get in. It was for a cleaning. When they finished that appt they informed me the appt was not complete because the dentist would not be able to come in to see me and i had to come back for another appt. At the next appt they informed me of all the dental work i would need done. It ended up being quite a bit and they quoted me three thousand dollars for the work. I went for a second opinion at another dental office in the area and they quoted me one thousand dollars for the same work, plus they found 1 more cavity that the other dentist missed ( the appts were on the exact same day). I feel like this office takes your time and money and doesnt think twice. I will not be going back to this office. The office is friendly, which is why i gave it 2 stars, but for all the other issues i have had in the past 4 years i had to be honest.

I went to Sanford Dental Excellence about 3 months ago because I had a lump form above a crown in the back of my mouth. The first dentist I went to suggested I pull that tooth and the tooth next to it and get implants. Scary and expensive!!! Dr. Seidler suggested we repair a bad root canal. We did and the bump disappeared quickly. While I was there I asked for a new crown because the old one was a food trap. It was so bad that I carried around floss sticks like they were my car keys. The new crown fits like a champ and I no longer worry about the floss sticks. The best part is I am typically not great at the dentist, I think it’s the sounds. Here they have TV’s and head phones and I watched ESPN the whole time. I have come to realize that maybe I wasn’t a bad patient, just not comfortable. Between Dr. Seidler, his staff, and ESPN, I think I was about as comfortable as I can be at a dentist.

From the outset, my experience with Sanford Dental Excellence has been one of the most friendly & overall (not just the procedure) comfortable experiences I have had with any dental office I can remember. Everybody is outgoing, caring, friendly and displays a confidence, not only in themselves and Dr. Seidler, both of whom seem worthy of that confidence, but in the patients experience as well. I have a multi-stage procedure that requires healing time in-between visits due to some issues with work I had done at other dentists in the past. Although I have just begun treatment, I can tell that I made the right choice in choosing Sanford Dental Excellence and Dr. Seidler as my dental care team. I look forward to posting again when my initial restorative work is done.

I had been thoroughly disappointed with my visit to Dr. Seidler office. This practice is not for pain sensitive persons. Dr. Seidler uses the adequate form of x-rays which had been extremely painful. In the long wait to see Dr. Seidler though I had arrived a few minutes early I had been made to stare at open mouth. I advised the assistant the TV had been turned off then on the second visit again a long wait Dr. Seidler again the dentist had me wait in a room with large TV screen staring at my mouth which I believe had been intentional. Dr. Seidler practice is the worse and would not recommend his practice to any especially pain sensitive persons.

It took me a long time (years) to get up the nerve to get dentures but I knew I had to if i wanted to have a social life and be able to laugh and smile. . I did lots of research before going to Sanford Dental Excellence and was instantly sold with the staff and Dr. Siedler. I only have one regret and thats that I didnt do this years ago! I went to my high school reunion and felt confident and pretty and I received so many compliments! I have to admit the first week of the process wasnt easy, but definitely doable and very minimal pain. Their customer service and care exceeds my expectations, thank you Dr. Siedler and staff!!! :)

Ive been a dental patient at Sanford Dental about 3 yrs now and what I love about this Dental Clinic compared to others I have experienced is the above and beyond, knock your socks off, custom Signature Service I receive. From day one, they make you feel like you part of a big Dental family, they remember your name from the first visit, and make me feel special every time I visit. I dont want to start naming names because I will get in trouble, so all of the hygienist, assistants, and Dr. Siedler or all great and should be the model for Dental Clinics around the world....

Being VERY unsatisfied with my old dentures, I went to see Dr. Seidler. He actually took the time to listen to me. I got my new dentures today and I love them. My smile is back. The girls that work there are friendly, funny..and really seem to enjoy their work. They offer answers, without making you feel youre being a bother. And, when asked, give their opinion. I love this dentist office, and if I have friends looking for a new one, Im definitely recommending Sanford Dental Excellence!! Thank you Dr. Seidler and girls, for making this easy for me!

I am a new resident to FL and was in need of a new crown and lower partial replaced. What an amazing job Dr. Seidler and his staff were able to do! After shopping around and I was NOT looking for the cheapest (yet Dr Seidlers price beat many) I was looking for a professional location where I felt comfortable. This place is IT! Very fair pricing, great staff and an excellent dentist! The crown and the implant work they did for me can not be beat! We will be patients there going forward!

My husband and I had the PLEASURE of going to Sanford Dental Excellence! Dr. Seidler and his staff are INCREDIBLE! My husband thought his teeth were beyond help but Dr. Seidler did a GREAT job and my husband is THRILLED! If I ever hear of anyone looking for an EXCELLENT dentist, I am PROUD to refer them to Dr. Seidler. Everyone in the office is sooooo NICE and HELPFUL too! We were very LUCKY to have found this office and we can truly say we LOVE Sanford Dental Excellence!

I am totally happy with the performance of each employee at Sanford Dental Excellence.....they are a super team who, no doubt, love their job and have shown the utmost respect for my wife and me. The Dr. and his staff and certainly earned our respect and loyalty. Did I say we are happy with the service? YOU BETCHA!

We had a consultation with the pediatric dentist, Dr. Stephen Seidler, to see how to proceed with sedation. The office worked with our insurance to check on what was covered/wasnt and to give us an accurate quote prior to the procedure. Dr. Seidler was fantastic! He came through the procedure with flying colors and my son never complained once about pain or any un-comfort. Dr. Seidler is truly the best here in Sanford.
