I like Drs who care about the patients comfort, pain levels, and experience. For as much as I have to pay for a procedure like this... You would think he would take his time with a 14 year old who is already nervous. We had to walk out because she didnt​ trust him to stop if she had pain during the surgery. I find this post very accurate and have no desire to contact your office. We literally left right before a procedure because my child was in tears from pain and afraid. My child has had several teeth pulled and procedures done in other offices where shots were given and never cried a tear. She was yelling and he didnt even stop to see if she needed a break. I tell everyone I know and will continue to do so. You find it inaccurate because it makes you look bad, but this is exactly what I said before I even left the office. No one wanted to talk to me then. She said it was the most horrible experience of her life. This review is her experience. That is our right.

I have referred many of my patients to Dr. Dietrichs office. There are always professional and caring. I always ask how patients did after their procedures and cannot recall any of them saying it was a bad experience. Given the fact that Dr. Dietrichs job tends to involve more intense procedures there was always more of a risk for pain but I can honestly say from teenagers to the elderly, Dr Dietrich has always provided a consistent service for all of my patients. Lovely and clean office, even more amazing people! They truly do care. Had an amazing experience. Dr. Dietrich was amazing. One second Im the chair, next Im waking up with gauze in my mouth and no pain. I am posting this 13 hours after the surgery. But they do prescribe sufficient pain meds.
