Dr. Tatoy is a wonderful doctor but unfortunately her office staff do not match the quality of care she provides her patients. They are rude and disrespectful and instead of helping to resolve an issue, they remain inflexible and unhelpful. They also take 30 days to transfer files to any new doctor should you decide to move the children. I told the front desk person that I wanted to talk to Dr. Tatoy to explain why we were leaving the practice and have been trying to reach her for 3 days now - clearly the front office team is not passing along my message for her to call me. I am very frustrated because we just lost an amazing doctor!

Weve been with Dr. Tatoy for 6 years now. She is an amazing pediatrician - my kids love her. We tried other local pediatricians and were not impressed. Dr. Tatoy is very personal and professional, she remembers not only my kids names, but conversations we had on our prior appointments. She treat my kids like people, not like numbers. We never had an issues to get a sick appointment with her the same say we needed. The wait is sometimes a little longer than I would prefer, but Dr. Tatoy really worth it!

We have taken our children to Dr. Tatoy for years now and have always been very pleased with her. She is very compassionate and takes time to talk to us and our kids to uncover any possible underlying factors/concerns. The wait time to be seen is respectable and we never feel like she is trying to hurry us along. Office staff is very friendly and helpful, also.

We havent stepped through the doors yet, but I am super happy with the amount of time they spent with me on the phone. I wasnt hurried, they didnt put me on hold, and they were able to get us in this week! We are leaving our current group, Pediatric Healthcare Alliance, due to feeling like a number. Here I can tell we will feel like one of the family.

I have been taking my children to Dr. Tatoy for several years and it is always such a wonderful experience! The front desk staff is incredibly helpful, all of the nurses are great and Dr. Tatoy goes above and beyond. I can tell that Dr. Tatoy genuinely cares about my children and their well being. I highly recommend Dr. Tatoy and her staff!

My 3 year old is seeing dr Tatoy for over an year now. We have no complains. Dr seems to be good with kids. The reason I stress it, I have had experiences where Dr was not able to communicate and connect with my daughter to make her feel comfortable and results is she wont even let the Dr tough her. I didnt have that situation with Tatoy.

Brenda at the front desk is so rude and unprofessional. I called to have my daughters records faxed to daycare and she told me it may or may not get faxed today. It will probably be there 4 days from now and that would be a quick turn around. So many other dr offices in the area and they dont have rude Brenda at the front desk.

Dr tatoy is amazing. She always has immediate appointments available for my babies when theyre sick and their office is super clean. My kids have been going there for 10 years for my oldest and the past year for my youngest... I recommend her to everyone! I couldnt say enough good things about her. :)
