My son used to be terrified to go to his former pediatricians office. When I made the switch, the difference was immediate. My son LOVES coming to see Dr. Placheril. He is never afraid anymore and this makes my heart happy. As a mother, I love that he takes as much time as is needed to hear my concerns and I can truly rely on his expertise. The entire staff is wonderful as well. We are always greeted with smiles and kindness from everyone and they are always concerned about the best interests of my son and now infant daughter. I cant say enough about Dr. P and his AMAZING team!

Did not assess my child completely during initial visit which led to misinterpretation of growth since child was born premature. Not pro breastfeeding at all and was very quick to suggest formula. Claimed I was malnourishing my child and called lactation consultants uneducated. Definitely has a my way or the highway attitude.

Dr. Placheril has been our pediatrician since my oldest was born at LWR medical center. 11 years later we are still amazed that he always knows exactly whats wrong and what to do about it. Hes kind and approachable...my kids love him and trust him. When necessary he follows up with a phone call very quickly.
