The wait is terrible, I dont have 40 minutes with 2 children to wait for a room, which I would have to wait another 20 minutes to be seen. I will miss the Doctors, they were always great. I am leaving this office after 10 years!! But enough is enough, the front office staff is inefficient and lazy. My daughter has been going there since she was 1, she is turning 12 and I am sick of having an appointment time and never seen in a timely manner. Surely they should have learnt after 10 years to change their policy. My children are now older and I will not be treated in such a manner. I can now walk out after complaining to the front office twice, my daughter is the one who said, this is not right, we shall find a new place. They are interested in getting in the cash, and as you have young children, you find yourself sitting there waiting as you are doing this for your kids. Wait till the kids are older, mine told me to LEAVE.

Be prepared to wait up to an hour after your scheduled appointment time (minimum 20 minute wait AFTER scheduled appointment time). After getting a room be prepared to wait another 30 minutes to see the physician. This practice is purely about volume. They are designed to see as many patients in a day, similar to a hospital. If you are looking for a pediatrician who will take the time to discuss your childs issues and share concerns then you may want to look elsewhere. In most situations, your child will see a different physician with each visit and due to the volume of patients passing through.

We see Dr. Kulek and feel she really cares for our son and our family. We never feel rushed there. Joy, the nurse is wonder as well as Tyler and the young lady at the front who checks us in every time with a smile and remembers our names. Great practice!

I have been bringing my daughter for 2 years. I have liked every doctor we have met but especially like Dr Woodwhite. The wait has never been that bad. I expect to have some wait at a pediatric office due to high volume of sick kids trying to be worked in.

Great expereince! We were seen right at our appointment time, and were only in the office for a total of 30 minutes. Everything was clean, the staff was nice, and the doctor was great! I would definitely recommend this office to others!
