I liked Dr. Smith. She was great, but she has the worst office staff that I have ever encountered. First, the wait times were horrendous, but I am not sure who is at fault for that. Secondly, they got two of my appointments wrong. The first time, they called me the day before the appointment to confirm for the wrong date, so I had them change it to the right date and all was well aftet that. The second time I took the day off to take my son to his appointment, and they told me it wasnt for another week. When they make the appointments I enter it into my calendar as they are telling me, so I now I didnt make a mistake TWICE. Like most parents, I am extremely busy and do not have time for incompetence. Between four children, work, and grad school this was quite the annoyance. They never even offered an apology or anything. Dr. Smith should find better office staff.

Dr. Smith has been my kids pediatrician since she has been in practice, she is very patient with my kids, and scheduling appointments is very smooth and easy. The office appearance is very clean and kid friendly. I would recommend Dr. Smith to all families!!
