I have severe anxiety issues. I went to Dr Noorani to get help with them. I was first presribed lexparo which just made me gain lbs. Then I was given Wellbutrin which didnt work at all. Then I was given xanax which finally helped but was told they could no longer fill the script after having filled it for 5 months. When they filled the last script I was not given an warning that they would not fill it again and then I was left high and dry when my script ran out. I dont have insurance at the moment so I asked for one more month to be able to find insurance and then get to a psychiatrist and I was told no. So a drug that I need for panic attacks that effect my work I was cut off from without warning. Be careful going there is your getting a script you genuinely need.

Staff never checked my insurance and never called me, though they emailed me to confirm my appointment. I arrived and was told they had called me "numerous times" about it (I have had zero missed calls) but that they would check it quickly. I waited 45 minutes during which time they didnt acknowledge me or my long wait at all. While I waited, I watched them tell 2 other people they had called them when they clearly had not. This was my third visit and Ive never waited less than 45 minutes, I gave up and said I had to go, the staff was rude to me.

I like Dr. Noorani very much and have been going to her for 1.5 years, she listens, discusses the pros and cons of certain medications and honors decisions you make for your own body. I was ushered to a room within 5-10 minutes promptly had my vitals done, ushered to another room and visited the Doctor within 5 minutes. Blood draw was required and it was drawn on the spot. The office is quick to refill a prescription or tide you over until you get back in for a check up.

So sad that people cant be seen in a timely manner. Waiting a month to be seen when extreme pain, vomiting, diarrhea, and weight loss is going on. Yet lets make a person wait until more issues will occur so that you can make that extra buck. So sorry for the person that is going through this.
