First doctor was rude. I ordered some lens as on 09/15/16 in the store and asked them to ship it to my home address and specified that I need it by friday 09/23/16. The order was taken by the store manager herself with a note too. On 09/22/16 I got text stating that the lens have been shipped to the store and not in my home address. So I called customer service and also talked with the manager for 5 times and requested to ship it to my home address because I specified to her that day that I need it by friday. After arguing for long I called in store as on friday 09/23/16, the manager told me that they are going to ship my lens over night to my home address and will receive by 09/24/16. Its 09/25/16 and I have not received my lens. Im flying 09/26/16 and wont be able to get my lens too. Im very very very angry, dissatisfied with the type of customer service this store has. The manager told me that she doesnt have any authority to ship my lens as on time and she waited long to get authorize from corporate office. My lenses will be useless after Im gone from here. Im requesting the corporate office to take action. Listen all the recorded calls if you want how many times i requested the manager to get it ship on time. I didnt and have not received my lens yet. Courtney is the manager of that store. She is very slow. She takes an hour to find my tracking number and saying still she is searching. I needed my tracking number so as that even I am not here my friends could pick them up....I have not seen any manager that will take forever to just satisfy, provide good customer service not even service...

Unprofessional. I have been waiting for my eye glasses for 2 month, no courtesy call or nothing to advise me of the situation. I had to call them to find out the news.. "Good job"on customer service too.(yeah right) This place sucks ,I will never return or send business their way..if I could no stars..

The doctor was so rude. He would ask me a question and when I tried to explain he would stop me and say, answer yes or no. Would not let me talk and talked with this high and mighty attitude. The ladys in the front were bice but the doctor was horrible. I am getting my script and I am out.

If you like waiting, this is the place for you. Had an 11:30 appointment for a contract lens follow up, saw the doctor for approximately 5 minutes, it is now 12:30 and I am still waiting to just get my contacts and script.

I strongly agree the Dr. Is not very friendly at all he is actually quite cold! The girls up front are great but the Dr. Could definitely use an attitude adjustment
