As much as I hate to write a bad review bcuz my dog loves the staff here. She was recently diagnosed with cancer. I brought her there back in december for emergency teeth extraction when my dog decided to catch a rock in her mouth. Well she had a large mast on her ear and I askes them to look at it. Well they didnt, in fact they ignored it completely. I weny back for a follow up and they looked at her ear this time but just decided to give her some meds and send her on her way we went back a few weeks later (3 months after I brought it to their attention) and they FINALLY tested her ear, they came back in less than 5mins with the worst news I could get, it was a mast cell tumor. Then she proceeded to tell me she didnt feel comfortable doing the surgery which is fine she knows her limits. But I just got bad feeling and no longer trust the vets here. The worst part is. This isnt the first time they have looked over a dog in my family having cancer the first time it cost him his life. They mis-diagnosed him for months, with kennel cough and broncitis. We brought him in because he was having trouble breathing they told us the xray machine was down and he could wait 3 weeks we insisted going to another location to have him xrayed and they said he would be okay. The next morning he collapsed and we had to say goodbye to the best family dog we ever had. Come to find out WHEN THEY DID AN XRAY that his lungs and stomach were filled with tumors. The staff here is very kind but not very concerned with the well being of your pet or your concerns. I would not recommend them to take your fur babies to. I will not be returning to them ever again.

AWFUL AWFUL experience. These people LIED TO us about our estimate for our cat to be declawed in the front. We arrive thay day and get told that instead of the estimate of $229, it was going to cost us $430 that day... what type of estimate is $229?!?!? Unbelievable, we had to leave because we didnt have the money. They lied to us. They have no idea what they are doing. Now they called us and told us they made a "mistake" with the schedule, so now we have to put off his appointment again. They dont try to help you out. No payment plans, or anything. Again. Dont come to this place for your animal. Especially if they need a procedure done. They will rip the money out of your pocket. OH, and be careful, they will unexpectedly charge you expensive VISIT charges.

We originally came to Banfield to get a second opinion on the health of our pup. I couldnt be happier with the service and experiences weve had since our first visit. The staff has been warm and welcoming towards us and our dog, are very open and honest about testing and results, and always ask before doing more procedures that could rack the bills up. If we hadnt come in to see Dr. Seggerman when we did, who knows what kind of condition our little one would be in. The first vet wanted to charge us twice the price to pump her full of crap she didnt even need! This is our new go-to vet.

Wish i could give more, my dog jus had an amputation of her leg,he wrote me a prescription for a strong dose pf pain medicine and was making a point to say make sure she gets one tonight, no pharmacy carried the dosage, only a lesser dosage in which they would need a new script,i emailed Dr. Eisele in which to my surprise he called me back and at midnight he is personally driving to a 24 hour pharmacy near me to deliver a new prescription, caring at its best

I live thirty minutes away from this clinic, but insist on driving my doggies to this location due to the sincere, wonderful staff. I had such bad experiences at the location close to my home in Wentzville. Every single staff member I have encountered at this location has been incredibly sweet and caring in regards to both me and my pets.

*** We are crazy about everybody @ the St. Charles Banfield!*** It hss been worth every dollar spent for the last 3yrs. We have a little boston terrior & boxer that has been well taken care of in surgeries & drop off testing. The Pet Insurance Plan might sound weird, but the visit paperwork show how much you save.

I have 3 dogs and the medical staff take excellent care of my elderly dogs and listen when I have concerns about impact of certain meds on there systems, etc. The office staff is always very friendly and also work with my busy schedule, do reminder calls, highly recommend the St Charles location!

The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Our experience with Dr. Seggerman has been great every time. I have our pets on wellness plans, and they save us a lot of money while making sure we keep up with preventative care. I would go anywhere else!
