Warning upsell scam! went there 2 times in the last 1 1/2 years and will never go back. They try to upsell procedures you do NOT need. Like Deep Clean Scaling which is not only expensive but is a periodontal procedure that must be done every 3 months ... For life. Youll never get a normal or covered cleaning again. They sell it very aggressively! Even to the point of angrily shaming the patient for not affording this expensive procedure. They printed out a schedule with costs of what my insur will pay.. Was a total lie! They never contacted insurance and insurance said they wouldnt cover it anyway. Transcend said they wont do normal cleaning and that theyre legally obligated to perform the scaling. Huh!!! More pressure! I just came in for a toothache. And they push scaling and found 3 cavities that i apparently do NOT even have. Never found cause of toothache. Got second opinions locally who said thats crazy i do NOT need this at all and my gums are great. I explained what happened to me without giving names and the new dentist and hygienist immediately asked if it was Transcend. Ha. Apparently they do this a lot to pad their billings! Sleazy shady Transcend! Dont go unless you wanna be scammed by these greedy people. Post if they did this to you too.

I went for my first appointment at Transcend dental last week. The staff was courteous, gentle, and took excellent care of me. I needed my permanent retainer adjusted and they were able to fix it perfectly and give me a cleaning all in one visit. I thought I was going to have to go to two different practices for orthodontic and dental work until I found this place. The price and the quality of service was unbeatable. I would recommend Transcend Dental to everyone! I went to have a cleaning today at Transcend Dental and it was wonderful. I am usually very nervous to get a check up but they made it very comfortable for me from the time I arrived to the time I left. The staff was wonderful, very friendly, kind and gentle. I would highly recommend to go to Transcend for any dental work you need to have done. Go see Dr. Sajid he will take great care of you!

I love this dental office!!! Dr. Sajid and his staff are very friendly, so professional, and super caring!! I have been to lot of dentist in my life and Dr. Sajid is by far the best Ive ever had to work on my teeth. He pulled 7 teeth and did a great job. I had full dentures put in and I feel and look amazing!! People just have to have patience when getting full dentures put in ur mouth. If they dont feel right which 90% of the time they wont just give it some time and before u know it you forget they are even in there!! Anyways, if u are looking for some help with your teeth definitely go see Dr. Sajid and his awesome staff!! They will make u feel so comfortable and you will feel amazing!!!

I have had multiple appointments in the last few months. I was always taken back very quickly. Dr. Bilal is kind, answers any questions you may have, and does his best to make you feel comfortable. The staff are very friendly. I loved how they printed out a plan of work that could be done with priced adjusted for your insurance - there were no surprises, everything was clear from the get-go. Facilities are very clean and up-to-date. Xrays are available for you to see while sitting in the chair and I had lots of questions that were answered and explained very well. Overall great experience and would recommend to anyone.

Dr Sajid and Michelle are both AMAZING. They took their time with me and explained every step of the procedure that I was going to be going through. They didnt rush me to make my decision so that they could move on to the next patient. Michelle and Dr Sajid explained the different ways things could be done and when I made my decision, Michelle was right by my side giving me support and holding my hand until the first procedure was finished. I could not have asked for a better experience. Dr Sajid and Michelle, YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!!!

I just had root canal/crown done from here. Fabulous coordination between them. Dr Sajid, Dr. Shalit, Michelle, all are humble and kind enough to explain. They are fantastic professionals, very nice in performing in a collaborative way. All of them make sure that you feel very good and comfortable (no pain). Especially Dr.Sajid, handled my final crown procedure [with my partial not adjusting in first place], he took no minute to figure out and came with solution and everything done on same day with good care. Thanks a lot.

Dr. Sajid takes the time and explains the procedure and ensures that he will make you as comfortable as possible. My children also come here for their dental care. No fear or anxiety ever. I recently visited Transcend Dental for a cleaning and a filling and I had a wonderful experience. Nobody likes going to the dentist, but Dr. Lorron was kind, gentle, and took great care of me. Very disappointed in the fact of an emergency they dont make time to see you after hours. Mind you its something they did wrong. Had to spend extra money to be seen else where 2 be confirmed the screw up. I will never step foot back there. Dont respond! You will be getting calls from insurance company and who ever else. Dont respond!
