Took our 2 yorkies for grooming and it was awful!! Both came back with pieces cut from the actual cartilage of their ears, the fur was cut around their eyes with clippers, they had clipper burns all under their necks and I wasnt even told about any of the cuts when we picked them up. I was charged $120 and they were there for 7 hours. I called the vet to let her know and they didnt seem to care. Just said use neosporin and she would talk to groomer! Furious that I left my dear furbabies in such an awful place where they werent cared for properly and overcharged for it!! We will not be back. If was accidental I should have been told at the least!!! It was a nightmare for them and me! Maybe BBB needs to check them out!

Dr. Gray saw our 20 year old cat for the first time without an appointment. Our cat was very sick. She performed a thorough examination and correctly diagnosed her. She provided the appropriate medication for her condition. Because of her compassionate care and medical expertise, our cat is near full recovery!!

Quad-Cities Animal Hospital provides excellent service. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The office is clean and welcoming and my pets do not seem scared to enter the building like at our other veterinarian clinic. I highly recommend Quad-Cities Animal Hospital.

This is a great Animal Hospital. It is a clean and very stylish place to take your pet to be cared for by a very knowledgeable vet. She was very good with my little cat. Also, the fees are pretty reasonable considering how much it could be.
