Worst experience of our lives. My daughter had her kitten spayed and the stitches failed and her insides were coming out. We wanted to do whatever possible to save her. of course right up front they wanted money which she paid. The vet told us we could stay if we wanted but if we left we could come back to visit her as long as the facility wasnt in the middle of another emergency. My daughter had to leave I stayed for a while, took my mother home and changed clothes called back early in the a.m. wanted to go visit the kitten and was told that I could not. Later that a.m. my daughter told me the kitten was dead. My mother and I went there to thank the vet for doing what he could but we were confronted by a rude receptionist assistant who threatened us. I told her that we wanted to thank the doctor for trying to save the kitten she continued to be rude I asked for the owners names she didnt want to give them to me finally she started naming them I knew several of them personally and I said I would file a report. I found out that the kitten who was CRITICAL was left alone in that room and DIED ALONE and the woman approached me too closely in my face forcing us out the door. I will drive to Leighton to All Animal Clinic before visiting this money hungry place staffed by uncaring unfeeling people. The first time I placed a review they removed it. I expect they will do the same with this review. I was able to report that woman to one of the Owners and I hope that something was done about her.

Took a sweet cat because he couldnt breathe, had not eaten in a week, was very weak and gasping. Clearly something was wrong. After being made to wait forever, the vet said the cat was fine other than a low blood count and kept pushing for a blood transfusion. But they werent really sure because "someone bumped the microscope so we cant even get a good blood reading until the repair men get here." ...What? Oh well, a blood transfusion. Thats all he needed, right? He was fine! Right? After being rushed out of the office, having waited for hours, we took the poor cat back home. As soon as we walked in, he finally gave out. The cat was having a heart attack in the office, with cold and yellow feet and we were told he was fine! Never again will we trust this hilljack place. Oh they do accept CareCredit though...sometimes...if it isnt raining...on a Wednesday...if they feel like it.

We have had to using this facility several times over the years. Every time the doctor and tech have been amazing. Yes it is more expensive than your normal vet but your normal vet is not ready and waiting all night. My wife and I have rescued several animals and several had to go immediately to this facility. If there was a 6th star to rate it we would have had selected it. Great job and thank you to everyone at this facility.

Made a agreement of cost before they would touch my dog, then said after it cost more. They will not do what they say. Then wouldnt finish the treatment? Left staples in my dog and said carry him else where to be removed because removal isnt covered? Really bad business, only want more money! Seems word and agreement means nothing here. You have been warned!

I cannot give a review as to the quality of their services because I couldnt even come close to affording them. Exam: $110. Estimate for what my cat needed (catheterization for a UTI): $600-$800. This is price gouging and nothing more than taking advantage of people who feel like they have no choice. In my opinion, greedy…reprehensible…even immoral.

After you write them an 800 check,, dont expect to call back a few months later and see if they will refill a prescription like your normal doctor will,, because they want you to bring the pet in again and give them another 800 dollars before they will call in a 10 dollar prescription! Truly a rip off!

Worst thing Ive ever experienced. We had to put our dog to sleep and that is hard enough but for the vet to not be able to find a vein after 25+ sticks was heartbreaking. He even stuck him 3 times with a large syringe before he found his heart. We were devastated and this just added to our pain.
