Took my baby here to be spayed awhile back, they left the IV in her all night long! I got her home the next day and she was knawing at her leg, I called up there and the receptionist had the nerve to tell me "no we dont use ivs on spays". So had to drive 20 minutes back to town to have them take it out. She must have been biting at that thing all night long! And that right there shouldve been my sign not to go back, wrong. Took her back a while later for a skin issue she was having, they told me it was ringworm (looked nothing like it), but theyre the experts right? Brought her in every week for a lym bath that made her smell completely awful, Which I might add one week they didnt even give it to her(she didnt smell horrendous that day) and charged me the $40 anyways. Almost $400 later I learned that its just a skin condition (seasonal flank alopecia) that bulldog breeds are prone to and the best thing for it is sunlight! Im not the type of person to speak up when bothered by something either.

I have used this vet for all three of my pets. I have been through puppy vaccinations, deworming, microchips, etc. I have also been through two emergencies of a leg infection and kennel cough. I have had two of my pets, a cat and dog, both neutered with Mansfield. I have been using them for over two years. I could not be happier with their service. The staff is competent, friendly and professional. Prices are beyond reasonable. It is worth the 40 minute drive for me to know that I am going to a place that I trust and that I know I wont be taken advantage of. They also regularly work with Maxs Hope Pet Rescue to give back to their community. I respect that. I noticed there were not a lot of reviews so just wanted to leave my experience for those who may potential decide to use them. Thank you.

This is a classic level headed super competent vet. The people are nice and they are so solid. My golden,Holly, was diagnosed with a kidney infection and bladder stones. She was treated medically but we were afrain she would need surgery. Turns out just antibiotics and special food have her good as new. I will never go anywhere else.

Not alot of visit time to this vet but they seemed to truly care about animals...if Hopkinsville vets wouldnt try to create a shutout they might get more of my business...Clarksville and Cadiz are where I go for now.
