I gave 3 stars and here is why, I love Dr.Mullings, shes a great Vet and I trust her. However, there is some sort of disconnect at the front desk. Working in the medical field myself, I know the front desk can really make or break an office no matter how much you love the doctor. Heather and Charlotte are awsome!! Brenda on the the other hand, has a severe attitude problem! I always seem to get her when my dog becomes ill. I dread everytime she answers the phone because I know they is going to be an issue. When she finally finishes taking down a message, Im very certain that when relays the message she is telling the doctor that I was impossible or rude to her. I highly doubt she tells the doctor what she said and how she said it, to make one be rude to her. When I seek help from one of the other girls for needs of my dog, I seem to get a different response from Dr.Mullings, as opposed to when Brenda does it. The fact that I am considering leaving because of these issues is really sad. I referred 2 friends there, and go figure the only person whos ever got snippy with them was ...Brenda! Go figure.

i have been bringing my dog here for 2 years. they whole staff is very informative and you can tell dr. mulligans loves her job. they recently cut their hours which kinda sucks. but then again not many pet clinics are open 7 days week anyway. it has been hard to get an appointment but i think thats because everyone loves dr. mulligans and the convenience of a vet inside of a pet store. every time we are there you can tell the whole staff works their butts off and really cares about your pets. Highly recommend bringing your dog here even if you have to wait for an appointment.

The reviews arent lying or exaggerating -- dont make bringing your pets here a habit. Their dog obedience classes (taught by Elliot) and Dr. Cherry are great, but those are the two bright spots within this otherwise horrifically ran pet hospital. Weve had numerous scheduling/cancellation issues and they have consistently underwhelmed us with their customer service. We shall not be returning and I recommend the same for you.

I went in and explained that my dog got a hotspot and how he needed to be seen to get some relief. The lady at the computer put a big smile (literally a big smile) and told me how they dont have any openings until April 13th. They dont care about animals. She could have put me on a waitlist or tried to squeeze me in if they really cared. With her smile and telling me that..Ill take my money elsewhere and hope you do too.

The vet was very rude and mean. Turns out my kitten had felv and they were trying to convince me on the spot to put her down! The vet was not helpful with questions I had and kept repeating the same answer for all the questions I had. Not nice or professional. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE and I would never recommend anyone taking their pets here!

Terrible experience and only switched here due to the Hobart clinics lack of vets right now. They accidentally gave my dog a shot she wasnt due for until September and then said that she would probably be okay. Truly horrible compared to our awesome experiences at the Hobart clinic. Will never take my dogs back here.

Dont use their services. And make sure that you do not use the Optimum Plan ! This is the biggest scam since Madoff! Tell them not to peddle you their rabble! The plan is sold as a way to lower your vet bill, that is a LIE. The plan is designed to eek you dry. Dont fall prey to their sales tactics!

awesome. i love it here. one stop shop. a little busy. the ppl at the front desk really seem to have there hands full. the customer service is really good tho. great vet. very thurough.
