After walking out of an appointment with the Colbert Animal Clinic due to the cat litter box stench and overall filthiness of the facility, I phoned the Tennessee Valley Animal Clinic to schedule an appointment. I explained my situation and as soon as they realized I already had my dog in the car, they said to come right over and they would work him in to be seen. I was very pleased to discover the office was odor free, very clean, and how friendly the staff was when we arrived—even after my dog marked his territory on the receptionist’s wall a few times. We were there for annual vaccines and a nail trim. The vet tech asked about doing additional blood work to check for various things. After I declined the services, she wasn’t pushy or rude. She simply stated it was something to consider and maybe we would do it next time. The vet gave my dog a thorough exam and was very patient with him. It took three staff members to trim his nails, but they worked quickly and were great with keeping him still and relaxed. I am very pleased with the quality of service and the wonderful staff at the Tennessee Valley Animal Clinic. Their prices are reasonable and worth every cent to know your pet is being cared for in a clean facility by caring and professional people. I would highly recommend the Tennessee Valley Animal Clinic.

They really treat you like family. Im pretty sure they know my dogs name but not mine! Which is fine with me because that means theyre taking good care of my pup (overgrown 2 year old puppy). We had to put down our 17 year old Shi-tzu and they were so kind and helpful. They gave us a print of her paw in clay with her name on it. It stays put away because I still cant look at it even a year later... It meant the world to receive that in the mail because I had not expected it at all. Dogs become a part of the family (I cant say anything for cats because I have never owned one and am allergic). But dogs truly become a member of the pack and, if you are looking for a great vet who will treat your pets with the respect and care they deserve and you demand, then look no further. TVAC is the place to go! Its a bit of a drive for us but its worth it. On the plus side, theres an outdoor sports store across the highway that my wife tries to keep me out of!

I wouldnt let anyone else take care of my furbabies. The faculty is so wonderful and caring. They have had to lay a couple of my furbabies to eternal rest. They were so compassionate and caring. If I ever have a question, all i have to do is call. Love TVAC. Great Group of People.

The entire staff is always so helpful and kind. My Labrador is a big chicken yet he loves to come and see all his friends at the Tenn Valley Animal Clinic. Theres plenty of petting and baby talk that help him through any procedures or vaccinations he may need.

I love this place .. They actually are pretty cheap on there prices. And they make you feel Welcome and they take very good care of your pet ... The staff is so friendly and they have quick service too..I love these guys this is the only place for my pet...
