Just had similar experience as others. Selected their location as my dentist through insurance in July. Its now September. Just finished appointment with orthodontist. Called back to make appt for a cleaning. They wouldnt even give me a date. They said I wasnt on the insured "roster." Called insurance and spent 40 minutes on phone with them. They sent roster with my name on it to them. Called them back and they gave me a date that is 1 year away!! Not to mention office staff on the phones are rude. Complete waste of time. Staff not apologetic for not knowing how to read. They act like you are inconveniencing them by making them work. Girl on phone told me hardly anyone in area takes my insurance and thats why they are booked so far in advance. That is a lie. Just scheduled appointment with much more courteous staff at another dentist in the "area" 2 weeks from now. Carus Dental is trash. If they cant hire someone to answer phones and book appointments with basic customer service skills dont give them your hard earned money.

The actual wisdom teeth removal process was fine, BUT their scheduling system is absolutely horrible. For the initial appointment, they called me the day before and said they had to reschedule my appointment and couldnt get me in for another 2 weeks. For the surgery appointment, they called me a few hours before and tried to reschedule my appointment AGAIN. After getting obviously upset, they finally said they could see me that day, but I needed to come in a few hours later than scheduled. I got there at 3:50 (my appointment was moved to 4:00) and then I sat in the waiting room for ALMOST TWO HOURS. I understand that when you go into a doctors office, there is an appropriate amount of time to wait on the doctor, but this was ridiculous. They have made this whole experience so much more stressful than necessary.

This place is terrible! After I scheduled a cleaning, I waited 2 months for my appointment, they took X-rays and said that is it. I ask what about my cleaning and they said we dont clean on the same day as the X-ray. What the hell! What do I need my x Ray photos for without a cleaning?? That doesnt make any sense. I said I scheduled a cleaning in the first place but they said there is nothing they can do. I said alright I waited 2 month and took of work just to get photos of my teeth, that is stupid. I have never head of a dental office taking x rays and scheduling an appointment without cleaning, THAT IS THE WHOLE POINT OF A DENTIST APPOINTMENT. I asked when I could get my teeth CLEANED! And they said not till next year. Worst dentist office I have ever been to. Horrible customer service. DO NOT GO!!

I have never had such a good experience at any other dentist. I love Dr Whitehead. She did a root canal and it was painless. She made me feel comfortable. The office is clean and the staff are friendly. I even recommended them to a co-worker and her and her family love them.

Ive had two appointments here. Both times while in the middle of my appointments the assistant took over for the dentist so he could finish someone elses exam. If I make an appointment you should not stop my process to finish someone elses. My mom had the same issues.

Today is June 30, 2015. Called to make an appointment and was told there arent any appointments until April. APRIL 2016. That has got to be the absolute, most ridiculous thing Ive ever heard. "Schedule now for your appointment in 10 months!"

Good, honest staff that is pleasant to deal with. Like the waiting room...but to be transparent, its rare that I have to wait at all. This last visit, the hygienist was waiting at the door for me when I arrived. Very nice change of pace.

Had insurance through the market place since February 1st. Called today, but lady said I wasnt on the "roster" so I couldnt be seen despite being in pain. Guess they had to skip customer service training to pay for that fancy office.
