Worst experience. New to GA. Went here because its local to me. WAITED more than 1 hour before being seen and once in the queue. took several hours. Person handling me was strong on friendly short on actual knowledge. Was sold 2 pair and when they came in...both frames were not even proper size or fit for me. To many issues some were repeated issues. Now I have to return as 1 pair (the 1 they decided to make a tri-focal instead of a progressive bi-focal and was basically useless) is broken. After several hundreds of dollars.... I am not looking forward to returning to this store. Certainly will not buy here again. Would never recommend if another 1 or 2 customers are in the store. They can only handle 1 at a time and even that outcome is questionable. No...they are not 100% terrible - just terrible most of the time. Happy for those lucky customers. Im not one of them. Nor was another sitting in the waiting area that expressed his dissatisfaction. Your typical wait for eye doctor and a decent sales person to shop for frames / complete service will GREATLY exceed 1 hour MAJORITY of the time.

DO NOT GO HERE. Visionworks LOST the frames I brought in (to get my prescription put added). I have spent hours over the last few weeks trying to get them to locate the frames. Last they heard, they are "somewhere" in their distribution center in Texas. When I finally gave up trying to deal with the store manager and called corporate, things did not improve. Each time, I was told the territory manager would contact me, but he/she never did call me. I wont bore you with the whole saga, but I ended up having to buy the frames again on my own dime, bring proof to the store and then wait an hour while the manager tried to figure out how to give me a refund. Im actually still here. I may have to spend the night. Meanwhile, Ive watched 2 other frustrated customers leave the store. Avoid Visionworks like the plague.

WORST Customer Service of all time. When you are actually in the store they are slow and always seem understaffed. Dont even try to make a phone call. Today I was put on hold for 4 minutes before hanging up (not an issue being on hold - it is an issue not having anyone come back to let them know that youre going to be a few more minutes). I called back an hour later and the associate who answered immediately told me how busy she was and that she was working with "like 4 clients right now". I told her that I would just call back another day. I just wanted my prescription sent to me. She DID not even offer to take my information and send it over at a later time. Tip: Treat your customers as if they are valued and youll have more repeat ones instead of people who are just looking for a quick, cheap optometrist.

The best people the right prices the most frames! Hundreds of insurance plans are accepted! The store is clean, fully stocked, organized, and well managed. The staff is well trained and friendly. There are two licensed opticians, Doctors of Optometry, one male, one female. This location features the Optos Digital Image machine that give you a beautiful 200 degree view of your retina. This give you a clear picture of the health of your retina and much more. The current special is Buy one Get One Free for glasses. They offer 50%off a 2nd pair if you use your insurance for the first pair. They have a doctor 7 days a week and can even make your glasses in an hour!

Purchased two pairs of frames and have had problems with both. Going back a third time on one fame as they had to order another set of lenses because they didnt give me the reflective coating I paid for. When I received the first replacement, the reflective coating was finally on the lenses but then they forgot to order them in the Transitions lenses. Service is good until you pay. When you return to pick up your frames or come back with a problem you end up waiting forever while the staff services the customers who havent made a purchase yet, even if they come in after you did.

Im not sure if the other reviews are more common than my experience, but the place was worth 5 stars. I went it and got the exam quickly, the sales associates were helpful, and the glasses are good. They also would fix them up (straiten the frames after I was would mess them up somehow) without an issue. I would recommend this store to anyone needing glasses.

Took advantage of their BOGO Sale with $50 off the BOGO, great experience. I was immediately greeted by everyone as well as given name of all staff presenf in case I had questions. I was able to get a walk in eye exam and was out in about 30 minutes all together. The optometrist was just as wonderful as the rest of the staff and understood my vision needs.

The service was fine, but I wasted my time going to the location because the hours on the website didnt match. I got there at 4pm on Saturday afternoon after seeing the hours were open until 6pm. Only to walk up to closed doors. That sucks because I wont be able to pickup my glasses for another week. Since they are closed on Sunday.

The optometrist wasted a lot of my time and their inventory is a joke. The brand doesnt matter to me. I just want great quality and the specific style Ive had for 10 years. My dad recommended Vision Works but I personally had a bad experience and Ill stay with LensCrafters.

Worst inshop service, not able to connect to Internet to shoe online offering, no frame / lense combination possible and they charge for stone age stuff premium. Totally wasted 20min I spent

Good service, people there were very friendly, didnt wait too long and got my classes in less than a week after the exam. Cheaper than other places around too. Would recommend.

A friend came in for holidays, forgot contacts, Jill helped us out and took his prescription and was able to get him daily wear contacts for his stay. Good customer service.

I keep giving second chances. They always drop the ball, never get back to me like promised and dont ever have enough time. Buying glasses will take 1-2 hours.

Disappointed in customer service and quality of glasses. Theres plenty of eye doctors around. Shouldve went somewhere else.
