TERRIBLE BUSINESSS Practices & harassing techniques . From the first second you walk in there do not feel welcome and you feel like your burden or problem to the receptionists. Once you see the doctor everything is OK. Dont get me wrong the doctors are great I dont for one second question your morals or ethics. I just hate some of the business practices they do. They will create these fake appointments for you and make up random dates for you to go they will they have an automated system that calls you and says youre scheduled I doctor appointment is for ...... And when you ignore that one then they will text you and then try calling you again and then they will email you. It seems very harassing. I Think the doctors are great and really know what theyre doing. The office staff not so much they are rude and very harsh. I feel like the whole business as a whole needs to be upgraded to more customer friendly and not so aggressive.

I called the office about a visual problem with one eye. He got me in the office within 2 hours, determined the problem and had me seeing an eye surgeon in Southfield within another 2 hours. Thanks to the quick response, the damage to my eye was minimized. On my first visit visit to his office after my surgery, he had already reviewed letters from the eye surgeon regarding the operation and the initial healing process . He was very gracious in taking extra time with me answering questions I had about my recovery and what I could expect long term.

I had a visit a month ago with my son. They were so kind, Patient and helpful for the both of us. I was very nervous since it was his first visit. He enjoyed the whole thing. I also was getting contacts and they have helped me find a comfortable pair. No rushing, or getting aggravated. Ive NEVER had an office be so amazing. Thank you!!!

Excellent and very thorough service plus they explain what they are doing and why and what to expect. And then there are the designer paper sunglasses you get in case you forgot your sunglasses (very necessary after dilation procedure). ;)

Dr. Hayden is absolutely wonderful and so fun to see. He has the most infectious laugh ever and explains things with easy terminology. Wouldnt think of going anywhere else. Been going here for years. The office staff is also very pleasant

Very dissatisfied with the office staff and billing procedures. They are dishonest and very unprofessional. Not the best welcome to Brighton as we are new to the area. This office does not follow the contract agreements with insurance.
