Very good experience every time Ive been there which has been every 2 years for the last 10 years or so. Also they have been very helpful when I have had any problems with my glasses in between getting new frames such as the nose pieces coming off or the lens popping out. They have been both friendly and efficient helping me. I probably could get glasses cheaper somewhere else but I have been happy dealing with Elite.

This place is fantastic, if you need an eye exam or any other reason to see an optometrist, go here. The service is excellent, the Doctor is fantastic and very detailed. In 20+ years of needing glasses, this is the only doctor whom has told me about a life long issue that explains so much about my eyes.

I drive 2.5 hours from the West side of the state to come to this eye care Center in Canton. The staff goes above and beyond and they have the best service of any eye care place Ive been to over the years. My family will never go to another place and I highly recommend this location.

The staff is extremely helpful. There is a woman, I think her name is Sarah, well I gotta say she is the best at making really helpful suggestions & gently guiding you into exactly the "perfect" frame for your face. Believe me this place goes above and beyond in my opinion!!

Gave me the wrong prescription 4 times refused to take the time to get my prescription correct... Tried to SCAM me over $500 for one pair of glasses
