My wife and child came to visit this office and didnt like what they got for a pair of glasses. Though the Doctor was nice and very caring, the staff needs the same comfort to there patients. They look board and they dont seem like they like there job, but need to do there job by shrugging patients off. The Doctor in the other hand, is great but I dont think he knows his skills just yet or needs to go back to Med school for updates. My sons glasses were bigger then before and headaches for days on end. I thought he just needed to get use to it. Thats what the staff said. Well My wife went to get her eyes checked and had a problem with her first time contacts. She went back and forth about the contacts. Later on we found out she had dry eyes and no one knew that. So she got glasses. They were bigger then before like my sons. But the glass was like looking through fish bowl glass. They fixed it but still the glass was made weird at the ends. I dont like this place at all. I think we all should get what our eyes need and not what they think or guess.

I made an appointment 2 days before. They asked for my information so that I could be ready for when I would come in; confirming my insurance and ids. But when I got there they said that they didnt accept my insurance and that I would have to pay out of pocket.
