The staff at Henry Ford OptimEyes is terrific. Always very courteous, patient and thorough. My family has been going to them for years and have never had a bad experience. Dr. Hickinson provides very thorough exams and is extremely patient while examining your eyes. I always feel like shes taking the time to make the right decisions. I would recommend them to anyone.

Staff is nice and even tho my glasses had an back order they provides me with my glasses ASAP received my glasses a day later than what I was told but I still got them before I needed them
