Does anyone know where the old doctors went to? This WAS a great doctors office I loved my doctor not like in love but he was a great doctor and now that Henry Fords taken over its like a different place its like the Nazis taking over Germany thats how it feels to me I know thats an extreme example and probably a little bit insensitive but thats how it feels because I lost a great doctor and Im very sad about it. Henry Ford does not care about patients they say they do but they dont. The nursing staff they dont care and I think they lie to appease you on the phone. My doctor was great and I will miss him because its really hard to find a good doctor these days and it saddens me that he is not his own person or boss anymore because Henry Ford is turned him into a robot.and Lastly you cant even get a hold of the office directly anymore you get routed to a call center where one of the 300 people could be answering your call so no personal service anymore whatsoever. So you have to talk to a nurse and they cant even get a hold of a nurse even though theyve tried twice so all personal service and family service feeling is gone.

Worst doctors offices ever. I will never go back. They dont answer the phone on time. Everyone who does answer, speaks with broken English -- hold up I am not saying foreign speaking, these are Americans who cannot speak English working in a doctors office. They have lost urine samples. They have not returned phone calls. They did not turn in my healthy living Blue Care network paperwork. When they sent it in the first time (after I went there the day before it was due mind you) they sent it in without BMI information. They also illegally wrote down which days I visited the doctors office, I was billed for this (insurance fraud) and it was the day before I ever stepped foot in this doctors office. I have never met the doctor so I havent a clue who my doctor is. The Physician assistant seems nice. Nurse took 4 tries to take my blood. *one nurse got it on the first try after the 3 previous attempts. Shes cool in my books* If this place was ever a good doctors office it no longer is.

I was a new patient at this office as if 2/1/16 on my first visit I waited over 2 hours in the waiting room to see the dr ( I forget which one, there are like 6 at this office) he apologized for theomg wait saying they had staffing troubles that day. I scheduled 2 more follow up appointments that were cancelled the day before and of the appointment, the first one was cancelled because of a snow storm, the second because the dr I was going to see had a personal reason come up. Now almost 2 full months later ( you can never get an appointment the same week you call you hAve to wait at least a week or two or even three.) i show up for my follow up visit from 2/1 to be told that I was late for my appointment and that I had put the doctor behind. Goodbye Milford family practice, treat more of your patients like this and your doors will be closed in no time.

SINCE HENRY FORD TOOK OVER, MILFORD FAMILY PRACTICE HAS GONE TO THE DOGS. ITS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY FOR HENRY FORD. I HAVE BEEN WITH DR. MARTIN FOR OVER 10 YEARS BUT HE IS NOW RELEGATED TO MAKE SURE HIS ACTUAL TIMES WITH EACH PATIENT IS NO LONGER THAN 20 MINUTES. FYI. 20 MINS WITH YOUR DOCTOR IS THE HENRY FORD STANDARD FOR AN OFFICE VISIT!! NEVER HAD THAT PROBLEM BEFORE. ITS VERY SAD. JUST LOOK AT ALL THE STAFF THAT HAS LEFT SINCE HENRY FORD TOOK OVER. I TRIED TO MAKE APPT LAST WEEK AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD CALL ME BACK. NEVER HAPPENED. MOST PEOPLE WOULD COMPLAIN ABOUT MILFORD FAMILY PRACTICE BUT THE REAL CULPRIT IS HENRY FORD. SHAME ON THEM AND THEIR WHOLE ORGANIZATION. DR. MARTIN WILL PROBABLY RETIRE BASED ON THIS BUYOUT AND THAT IS SAD.

been going there for years but as of today no more tired of the wait. then they had a very young lady call me 2 days later with test results that said the doctor found something and they want me to get a test done that is not covered by insurance i have to pay and did i want to make an appointment i said no then called back to have the doctor explain things to me and waited for 3 days with no call back called again today and as soon as they answered the phone asked if i would hold and hold is what i did for 23 mins and that was the last straw hung up call my insurance company and changed to a new doctor. shame been going there for so many years use to be a great place not so any more.

My review will mirror some of the others here. Doctors are very good, but the waits have become very long, the phone system is often overloaded with long waits to even get through that way. I used to love this place but frankly, like a lot of medical these days, its become a lot like an assembly line. They dont seem to grasp the concept of customer service. My daughter needed a simple blood test for her physical and after waiting for over a half hour, we just walked out. Its obvious from reading the reviews that whoever has an interest in this practice also doesnt care enough to even read the reviews, another red flag here.

My family of five has been going to Milford Family Practice for over 20 years! We all love everyone there! Rarely have to wait beyond 15 minutes to get in. Doctor Ruth is amazing and very compassionate, as well as the entire staff! Weve also seen several of the other doctors and I must say that we love all of them. When we call for results or prescription refills they always call back in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this facility for all of your medical needs!

Obviously understaffed for a "family practice" - apptments are always 3-5 days out. Ive had waits of over an hour in the waiting room, only to be "forgotten" in an exam room for basically an hour. On the same day. And Ive never seen a Dr, only PAs who were hurried and overworked. My wife has been forgotten in a room as well - the PA had actually gone home for the day while she was in there.,

Wait times were to long so long that my husband would have to take a half day to watch the kids for me just to get a physical. Then they only have one phone number for the whole place (they need a separate line for each department)! So to pay your bill (because they dont have online payment) I have spent 3 hours trying to get through with no success.

Theres a long wait every time i come in, which is, ok, i guess. Except it gets excessive. Theres a new receptionist there whos extremely rude and is a "know it all" out of all the years Ive been coming here Ive never had one of their receptionists so standoffish. Dont know whats happening to their customer service but its going down the drain

Called to get in to see a doctor this morning and put on hold for 15 minutes only to have it roll over to voicemail. Every time I have gone there it is a minimum of 2 hours. They are slow and the desk staff are rude. Seeking out a new doctor today. I am done with them.
