~9 years as a paitent Take your chances with this office/"clinic." Scheduled an appointment with this office early morning and was told I could be seen at 3:30. I repeated the time three times just be absolutely clear and the medical assistant (MA) verified the time; 3:30. I arrived about 10 minutes early, around 3:20ish, just to make sure I was on time and possibly get in earlier if there was space. I filled out the sign-in sheet and sat down with 2 other patients waiting. I looked up at the medical staff and there was one mindless MA just staring at the wall, literally doing nothing, just standing there. I guess it must be a slow day even though theres still 2 patients waiting, along with me. The first patient waiting goes in and is out within 5 minutes. The same goes for the second. I expected I should be next but possibly theyre just waiting for my appointment time - Maybe its not 3:30 yet. After 10 minutes of not being called, Mindless MA is still full of herself staring at that wall, another assistant seems to be always on the phone, the other seems to be pulling charts. Now, Theres another group of three new patient that show up and fill-in the sign-in sheet. First of the new three patients gets pulled straight in to the room and is out within 5 mins. Same goes for the second waiting patient. IM STILL WAITING... along with the third. Another 10 minutes goes by, Im still waiting. Its nearing about 3:50ish. Still not called or apologized to for the wait-time. A new group of three patients show up and now the first patient of the new group gets straight in to see the doctor. And another 10 minutes goes by, Third patient from the first group and two from the new group are still waiting along with me. Soon after that, no one was being called in to see the doctor. I could overhear the MAs saying they hadnt even pulled my chart. ITS 4PM!!! STILL NOTHING! Im getting close to red-lining on my patience to deal with incompetence. After another 10 minutes goes by, Mindless MA has gone to La-La Land, and NOTHING ELSE HAS CHANGED. Still no apologies for the wait-times, still a full waiting room with no one being seen by the doctor. I can feel myself about to flip-out, so I get up tell them "You guys are utterly useless," and walk out the door before I truly flip-out. After walking a few steps I stop myself - I want to remove my name from the sign-in. Maybe help these fools a bit - They clearly need it. I look at the sign-in page, find my name, scribbled it out, and after my name I see lines after lines of crossed out patients that got to see the doctor before me. Why am I being singled out? I MADE AN APPOINTMENT since this "clinic" requires them now even though, from the looks of it, walk-ins are still allowed and preferred patients to be seen even if they arrive well after schedules appointments. TL;DR Walk-ins seem to be preferred patients and if youre lucky youll get to see the doctor otherwise wait an eternity. Medical staff: Terribly useless Doctor: Meh - shell listen for about 15~30sec and if you dont comes to conclusion before that time, nothing else is heard. Also, she seems to presume that every patient has an addiction to something and its quite annoying since the only reason I goto the doctor is for a water pill. I have literally never received or asked for treatment of anything else.

A friend of mine also referred me to Dr.Lepley... I live about 55 min away, and after seeing her once I will not go anywhere else. I called to schedule an appt for as soon as possible, and they told me I could come in if I could get there before 1:30 pm. The doctor would see me. I know they close at 1pm, but were willing to see me if I could get there. Ive had a doctor for the last four years and if I called early in the morning with a serious issue he wouldnt care, and he definitely wouldnt see me at the end of his work day or stay a few extra minutes for patients hes been seeing for years. Im 38 years old, and I have three children... Throughout the years and doctors Ive taken the kids to... Ive never had a doctor personally answer their phone. Usually, its not even their doctor that calls back... Its another on call doctor. Anyway, last night around 2 am I started feeling very sick, fever, headache, and sore throat, and throwing up. Its Saturday, most offices are closed and I dont feel its necessary to go to the emergency room, so I called Dr. Lepley, expecting to get an answering machine or answering service, and she answered her phone. You could tell she was out with her family enjoying her day off, and she answered very quickly... I told her what as going on and she said she would get back with me soon, and she did. Ive heard so many great things about her, and she has great reviews, and Im telling you that shes a doctor that cares...Shes not intimidating, and her entire staff are the same. When you walk in everyone is smiling, they greet you... Like I said... We live almost an hour away, and from here on out my entire family will now go there because you can tell shes a doctor that cares about helping people, and its not just about the money. I called around because I do not have insurance at this time, and her office by far charges less than everyone else! My previous doctor lives 3 blocks from me... And Ill still drive an hour before going back to him. He was intimidating, always in a hurry to even listen, and charges double than Dr. Lepley.

My name is Christina. I have been going here for three years or so??? I liked it at first...I am an overweight gal...first time I seen her she put me down ..told me to stop eating so much. Not that she wasnt right but how she said it was rude..not professional at all. Took my chances ...she gave me my meds...I have cysts on my back and wrists...she not once touched my back.... I seen her one time out of the 20 times I was there. Now some of her staff are awesome I do give them that. One even said "she Hates doing the paperwork so I have to".... I was a little taken back by that but she seemed fancy to me after awhile of her not even wanting to see me. She always sits at her little desk. This past two weeks was it for me....I was put on vyvance....a binge eating disorder medicine also treated for ADHD.... The the office manager of 6 months told me I didnt know what I was talking about that I needed a phycho analysis report ..that I dont have ADHD ...very rude BTW.....I couldnt even get a word in. I said I have an eating disorder and I believe you dont know what your talking about.....she didnt like that so she complained and now I am being discharged. Lol I couldnt believe it. Please dont go here. She doesnt deserve your time or money. The way Kirsten or Kristen talked to me on The phone because my medicine is taking two weeks instead of three days because they dont know what they are doing over there ...I had to call the pharmacy 7 times and the pharmacist even laughed and said what is going on over there???? I was told by Dr. Lepley she didnt want to lose me as a patient because I was hung up on twice for trying to call back and see what was going on with my medicine and why I was being hung up on....Kirsten had the worst attitude I have ever witnessed in my years of going to the doctor. Lepley now wants me out of there I would imagine she likes to keep her snooty staff working for her.
