I arrived 35 minutes early for my appointment as directed, only to find one person behind the counter, and four people ahead of me. I took some time to look around while I waited on line to speak to someone. There is a hallway on the right and a hallway on the left, they were both dark. As in no lights on. Ten minutes pass. The nurse behind the counter is still talking to the guy who was being helped when I arrived. A child starts screaming from behind the closed door next to the desk. The kid doesnt stop for several minutes. Now Im there twenty minutes. My appointment is in ten minutes and the phone is now ringing. The line moves one person. I wait because my ear is really bothering me. My appointment time comes and goes. It is now 2:45. The nurse is still talking to the guy who was second in line. 3pm comes around. I walk out, get some old antibiotics that Im mildly allergic to and take those. The vomiting and constant nausea is better than going here. Listen, there should be a receptionist to answer the phone and schedule appointments, there should be at least two people working in admitting, and your facility should NOT HAVE DARK HALLWAYS OR STICKY FLOORS. Do not go here. Do not waste your time or your energy. When I left there were seven other people on line behind me.

The worse place. Very unprofessional. It sucks I had to come to this place. The assistants at the front desk can be rude, lazy and sometimes unprofessional. Believe me, if you have to go somewhere else, PLEASE DO. You deserve better.

Most of the Drs are residents overseen by senior doctors. The pediatric department, especially the senior Drs, are great. Ive not had as much luck with the general practice and the obgyn was hit or miss.
