I visit this store multiple times within a month, sometimes to donate, but mostly to shop. You cant beat the prices. The items they sell are always clean and in like-new condition. I cant remember the last time I walked out of there without buying some little trinket I could not live without. I introduced my friend to this store, and she bought a cute fiber optic Winter scene to use on her table at a ladies tea. I went in a few weeks later for something and Carol, at the store, remembered my friend had b ought that centerpiece, and she had found two other sections! I bought those and brought them home to my friend who was ecstatic! Great service, great goods, all around great place to shop!

Promise animal league first comes off as a cheap last resort for your animal BUT THATS NOT TRUE AT ALL. yes they are affordable but the service you get is amazing. They operate out of a small trailer and you just pull up your car, wait your turn, unload your animal and let them go into the trailer. This was very off putting for me at first because Ive never seen anything like it but this set up allows them to operate in an affordable way and reach people who usually may not be able to afford a vet. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. My dog loves it here.

I took my dog there because of a severe ear infection. Dr. Flagg was the doctor on duty and provided excellent care and advice. Autumn, the girl who gave out the paper work and took Tinky Dink in for the treatment, was pleasant, compassionate, and extremely professional. She took time out from her very busy schedule to completely explain the ear drops, pills, and cleaning routine. I cannot say enough kind words about this place. If you are looking for a worthy cause to make a donation to, look no further than Promise Animal League.

Wonderful experiences. I took my cats to Promise League several times to be spayed for an unbeatable price. Wont find cheaper prices, unless its free. Employees are very cheerful, friendly, and compassionate. Theyll take time to answer or explain any questions or concerns about procedures, aftercare, prices, etc...Sometimes the wait may take up to 2hrs to drop off /pick up pet. Honestly, the time spent waiting is well worth every sec, min, or hour... Knowing my cat is safe & in good caring hands. Best prices and service!

Good prices, but has to be the worst running "facility" I have ever been to. The wait is god, awful long and setting up an appointment is like getting ahold of God. Voicemails do not get recieved it seems and no calls are ever returned. Very disappointed. Plan on spending 2+ hours here.

We waited second in line for over an hour for a rabies shot and distemper. The check in process was ridiculous. There was no respect for the time of others. Though the prices are reasonable, it is not worth the hour and a half of my life that I will never get back.

These folks are GOLD! They are devoted to helping our furry friends be as healthy as possible, for as reasonable as possible. You dont have to get out of your vehicle, just wait while they work with your friend, then away you go! FIVE STARS!!

I hated this place. The check in was awfully confused, the staff was slow and unpleasant. The worst part was my pick up time was at 4 and I had to wait an additional 2 hours to pick up the animals. I will never use this place again!

Ive gotten my cats rabies and micro chip from here prices are amazing and the staff is amazing the wait is long but you gotta understand their are off duty veterinarian usually more then 3 people there!
