Very disappointed!! There is no words to describe the love of your pet. My story goes like this. My dog is 5 years old he has been going there since 2011 for all his needs. He even gets groomed there which is $45.00 each time and he goes about every month or every other month. He gets a physical every 6 months. I guess my sign should have been when I got him neutered at the animal clinic in 2012. They were offering it for $30.00 so I took them up on the offer. However, he went to a vet in Greensboro only to get a call to say that my dog had a herna that needed repaired. Which he has been to Reidsville vet 1week before going to Greensboro to get updated shots and his well check needless to say no one ever told me he had a hernia. But this place has lost my respect I have spent thousands of dollars there. My dog had kidney stone surgery. I cant help but think something went wrong. They keep him for 5 days and 4 nights.. The staff even stated to me I wondered why he was still here!! The staff is very nice. However, my dog will be check out this week by another vet to make sure he has no damage to his uretha and bladder!! And for this place to be so concerned about my dog not one phone call about how he is doing has come from this office. The office manager has yet to call me regarding my concerns about the amount of money that I paid and or to explain the bill to me. Not sure how they charge $44.00 for a room fee then keep your dog and charge you $54.00 all in the same day. And yes some of the staff is trained however all of them are not certified. Hate it ended this way with this place. People beware

I wish I could post the actual names of the personel that I had the displeasure of dealing with today, but I know Id get in trouble. I took my cat in because he wasnt feeling well and suspected some sort of minor infection and asked for antibiotics for anUTI. To my utter amazement, the very unprofessional and uncaring "vet" wanted to put my cat to sleep because she "thought" he had pancreatitis .....this is even BEFORE any bloodwork and urine tests were done. Then she wanted $400 for tests which is nothing short of obscene profiteering, so I asked for the blood and urine samples and took it to my work in Burlington and ran a bllod count, urinalysis and CHEM24 test. Results came positive for leukocytes and protein in the urine which indicates a UTI. Ithen took the results back and asked for the antibiotic for which they charged me $30. I hope you read this....YOU KNOW WHO you are. $200 for and office visit and $30.00 for an antibiotic. Shame on you, youre pathetically inept, rude and unqualified to be in practice. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS TO THESE IDIOTS!!!!!!!!!!

A Strider

This is the second time my Great Dane has been treated here. The first time, she had Lyme Disease. It was easily diagnosed, and Im glad they tested for it. But the last time she was there, last summer, she had a UTI. The vet who came in talked to us for less than 2 minutes. She was preachy, and didnt listen to us. She just told us to bring her back in the following week to get spayed. She asked no questions, and didnt listen to our concerns. This is a 9 year old dog, rescued, who is terrified of riding in the car. She also lives indoors and we wouldnt allow her to be in contact with other dogs when she goes in heat. I dont think she will tolerate this surgery well, and feel its better for her to have her call and happy for the time she has left. As a Great Dane owner 5 times before, I know she isnt likely to live for more than more 2-3 years. But these issues werent discuss. Also, I had asked the tech for a price on the spaying, and they never gave that to us. It was disappointing.

I cant say enough about how amazing these people are... I love that they are open until midnight and on weekends... theres no trying to contact or hoping someone will be by there, because they will. They call to check on your babies and comfort in times of grief. They treat your furbabies like their own. I had to take one of my babies last night for an abcess... They are so thorough and compassionate. I left feeling 100% better and so did he. Last year, I had to take one of my precious boys on a Saturday. I knew it wouldnt be a good outcome.... they were amazing... I was allowed to stay with him until his last breath....and then they allowed me all the time I needed with him after he was gone. They sent me a card and called several times. They took care of everything and really felt my pain along with me.... I wont go anywhere else as long as they are still here. I drive from Martinsville to Reidsville for them and would drive double that to get there if I needed to.

Recently I have been on the phone "A LOT fixing problems" .... I had a rabbis tag and collar to go missing off my Great Pyrenees...... NOT GOOD , these dogs roaming around our place is 22.2 acres and it is not big enough for them. They go to creeks to swim, we have to walk a lot to check on them with the goats. Getting to the point, being on the phone for HOURS to get something done it just wears you down, and well, at Christmas wanting to do other things, well, you have a very efficient worker Ashley just did the work, just did the work, well THATS GREAT!!!! This angle fixed the problem and I was on the phone.... what 5 minutes and it was done .....And I did not have to repeat myself, call back to office, get anything, ....and it did not cost me a dime. WOW she is great! I recommend the Reidsville Veterinary Hospital, you will get what you are paying for, and then some. Ashley, MERRY CHRISTMAS !

My fur babies Mandy, Brandy, Tandy Missy, Bailey and Meisha loves going to the clinic for their check ups and vaccines. Recently my oldest baby Mandy was terribly sick and I immediately rushed her to Reidsville. They discovered she was severely sick from eating duck poop out of my yard. They needed to empty her stomach instantly and started her on fluids. Later that evening she was feeling so much better. A couple Years ago my dog Missy Broke her back when getting struck by a vehicle. Dr Kinnarney saved her life by repairing her broken back. Needless to say, Ive got many wonderful stories about reidsville vet clinic. Two of my Baby girls are due for their check ups next month and I can tell you both girls will be very excited to head there. Theyre running a great clinic and I drive 2 hours to go there because its worth the drive.

We brought our baby girl miniature pinscher Sofia here for her ear cropping with (Dr. K) My little baby girl is so beautiful. Thank-U Dr. K. for doing a wonderful job on Sofia ears. U told me that day she was going to be beautiful. Shes Awesome and her ears stands up with pride and everyone that sees my baby girl they praise me about her ears. I drove a distance miles to get you Dr.K to do my baby girl Sofias ears and I would drive those miles again cause my baby girl has the most beautiful ears I ever seen. Thank U Dr K . Once again.. And the staff there are so awesome. They were right there for me every step of the way. Taking such great care of my baby Sofia & my phone calls and updating me on her progress.
