One star is way too much for this place, there is no sense of urgency in this urgent care facility, They dont follow their sign up list, The front desk people will not give you any expectation about the waiting time. They have no respect and empathy to your pain and needs of medical care. After two painful hours waiting in waiting room, The girl on front, wouldnt even tell me an approximately extra waiting time, and she said because we had some issues in the past, we are not allowed to tell you any time (even approximately). I thought: Really? issues in the past? and this is the solution that, dont give anyone any expectation anymore? instead to find out what was the issue and try to fix it? WOW .This is not a really right solution. Patient should have some expectations about the waiting time. Then I requested to speak with office manager. After I spoke to Norma (the office manager) over the phone, I realized that I can not expect more of the place that managed by someone unprofessional and un-respectful like her. Finally decided to leave and go to emergency room and got help right away. I hope that the Department Of Health can stop this kind of No Care businesses in future. Yes, I mean only BUSINESS no care.

Ive been here a few times for different reasons, but I recently went into the urgent care with some sort of a stomach virus after having been sick for 2 days. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were attentive as soon as I walked into the door. I saw Dr. Ryu to check and see if I was dehydrated as a result of my stomach virus. He was very knowledgeable and immediately made me feel better when I was feeling miserable. For the people rating low because of the longer time wait, Ive been to many urgent care facilities and have realized that there is a longer wait sometimes because the quality of care is higher in those facilities. Sand Canyon isnt trying to rush you in and out. They treat each patient with the same amount of care. I will come here always!

Please do not go to this facility if you are looking for immunizations for travel. We were instructed to just come in without an appointment to have the travel immunizations administered. What an expensive joke, after paying $740.00 we were told that they had Yellow Fever shots available in the office but since there may be an insufficiency of shots next month they had to conserve for possible shortages. We were told to travel to Kenya, Africa without the immunizations. We even have a letter from the facility denying us the vaccination signed by the office manager and the PA on staff. Kenya is listed as a country recommended by the CDC for Yellow Fever vaccination.

We had a wonderful experience at Sand Canyon Urgent Care! The doctors there are well-trained, personable and caring. At our last medical visit, we brought a family member in because he was complaining of abdominal pain and dizziness. The medical staff immediately treated him, gave us a diagnosis and prescribed him medication. As a whole, we were very pleased with the medical care at Sand Canyon Urgent Care and are grateful that there is an urgent care center in irvine that provides such stellar medical service to its patients.

My experience was the best Ive had in an urgent care setting. The staff was ready, willing, and able to help me in my time of need. I was seen with very little wait time and the doctor was very professional and caring. Another very positive aspect was that I had to bring my three children with me and they were greeted warmly and included in the visit. They were comforted and reassured that everything would be alright which made all the difference in the world to me during a stressful time.

Ill give them 6 stars. I went to sand canyon urgent center for a hand wound. The dr and the nurse were extremely nice and took care of me and my hand. I went back the next day for wound care and dr. to see the hand, the 2nd doctor was even nicer and much more attentive and again the very kind nurse took care of my hand, pain and I am very satisfied with the service and their knowledgable doctor and nurse. I will not hesitate to go back and highly recommend them to my family and friends.

I decided to write a review after a couple visits to Sand Canyon Urgent Care over the past few months. The doctors and staff provided such a professional experience that it is important to let others know what a great place this is. I actually wish I could switch my primary care physician to be a doctor from this facility instead of my current physician. If you unfortunately need to visit an Urgent Care facility, this should be your first choice! Thank you Sand Canyon!

I was a bit stressed when I got there, having been to two other clinics with long waits and a reluctance to take my Canadian travel insurance. I had phoned Sand Canyon after reading these reviews online and been reassured. When I arrived, they were friendly and helpful and my small problem was solved within a half-hour or so and I was on my way. The office is bright and new, and the staff is very efficient and friendly. Six stars!

Came in for a work drug test. The people that work here are so incredibly unfriendly they did the bare minimum not to be rude. No one said hello or goodbye. Not one smile. I waited over an hour when there was only one person ahead of me. When I asked how long its would be they said they would check and let me know. They gave me no answer until they called me in to the back...30 minutes later.

I had a great experience at sand canyon urgent care. The office staff were friendly and quick. I was back in my room in 10 mintues. The doctor was knowledgebale and friendly. I felt like he really cared and was listening to what I had to say. I would recommend anyone to sand canyon. Plus they have a great coffee maker in the waiting room.

This location is really clean and the staff is helpful. I recommend making appointments online or by phone even though walk-ins are welcomed. I was told that anytime after 5pm on weekends is crazy busy. I had the place all to myself at 12:30pm.

Makes you pay the "Specialist" co-pay rate even though you wont see any specialist. Moreover Ive been given the wrong treatment and had to go to another urgent care the day after because my condition was getting worse and worse.
