DO NOT GO HERE. Short story, very dishonest staff. And doctor didnt seem very competent. I took my wife here for a hurt knee. We gave the front desk our info. the lady looked it up said we are definitely covered. There was a little confusion as to if it was a ppo vs hmo so I was going to call our insurance company. She assured me she looked this up and we are definitely covered. No need to call our company. (we had a whole discussion about this) A month or so later I got a bill in the mail for $250. I called them talked to multiple people, my argument is that if she tells me "not to worry we are covered" we had insurance, we could have went to a covered doctor except she assured us we were covered. We shouldnt have to pay the full 250. I spent a lot of time talking to people that I thought could get this reduced. The front desk lady Patricia, lied and said the computer only says "covered or not covered" I later talked to a lady that said she doesnt know why Patricia didnt scroll down to see the full description. IT WAS NEVER RESOLVED EVEN AFTER THEY ADMITED THEY COULD HAVE FOUND OUT FOR SURE ONE WAY OR ANOTHER THEY WERE EXTREEMLY UNCOMPROMISING ABOUT AN ISSUE THEY CREATED

Extremely dissatisfied! Doctors are always in a rush and incompetent. Never called me back to discuss my test result. Called me at a random time without any notice upon requesting to schedule a phone discussion and the doctor disconnects the phone, send me a message stating not very competent with the phone lines, my assistant will call you in sometime. Respect your patients just like the patients respect a doctor. They come to you for help!

The doctors our outstanding here. Dr. Baick is caring and has helped me address all of my health questions over the past decade. I also have had good experiences with the walk-in doctors for cold, flu, allergy, minor injuries, ect. The wait time for walk-in vary but are in line with other clinics - typically 30-90 min.

All around terrible place. Only went here because Im related to one of the doctors here. Every experience here has been rude and awful. I feel like this place is a prime example of whats wrong in the medical world. Go here if you have to self worth and dont mind being raped in every way posible.

Dr. Feld has been our doctor for over twenty years which should tell you what my spouse and I think of him. He listens, he makes adjustments to his treatments based on input from his patients and his is always through and professional.

Worst place they wouldnt take me bc I didnt have my license. I told them it was coming in the mail so I showed them my temporary papers followed by my school Id and they refused to take me while I was in pain. DO NOT GO THERE
