I moved to SoCal from the Midwest 5 years ago, and have not had a family doctor since my move. Back in the Midwest, I had the same family doctor for over 20 years and he was consistently on the "Best Doctors in Town" list published annually by a popular local magazine. So I am particular in terms of my medical service provider. I chose Allcare because 1) I wasnt happy with the previous doctor I saw in downtown Riverside 2) The reviews on YELP were good 3) I needed a doctors office where I could get in right away without an appointment. My visit was actually back in March 2014, and although I meant to write a review back then, I was reminded to do it now since I needed to make a follow-up appointment. I saw Nurse Practitioner Helena Park who was vey professional, attentive, thorough and caring in her approach with me. Since I had several medical issues, I had also requested a physical. However, since I was in between jobs, I wanted to evaluate the cost/benefit of any test performed and Ms. Park was very understanding of my financial situation. At the end, she addressed my concerns and I received a full physical with blood work. After my visit, I had a couple of questions, and both times I left messages with Ms. Park, hoping she would respond. She did so on both occasions, on the same day each time, and after normal business houses. How many doctors/nurse practitioners would extend that level of customer service (especially since this was just my first visit)? Finally, I was also satisfied with the courtesy and responsiveness of the staff up front. Although I waited longer than I was told, the ladies at the desk were friendly and helpful otherwise. I am going back for a follow-up visit soon and it just reminded me how appreciative I was in terms of how Helena Park and Allcare Medical provided medical care for me the first time around. I would recommend her and Allcare to friends and family.

I have been coming here for about a year and always have had an excellent visit.The office personnel are very helpful and friendly.Walk in visits are always quick.I would recommend this medical office.Christina Kim PA-C is never in a rushes and has shows great attentiveness during visits.
