The Dr. and several nurses were very rude and unfriendly. Everyone was quite and vague. Location is very dirty with broken furniture and equipment. The building itself is very run down covered in graffiti and trash. Gave a request to 3 separate people including the nurse rearding vaccines which was not passed along even with notes and therefore ruined our vaccination record but gave us a sketchy handwritten version that is sure to cause problems for years to come. Not all bad though, after we filled out 15 pages of redudnant paperwork, the wait time was only 15 min.
