I felt like a person, not a number. The staff was very friendly and the environment felt clean and welcoming. Being a woman I was very comfortable in an office with mostly female staff, but I learned that they do take care of men and children too. I met with Dr. Tiffany Kaufman. She was compassionate about my problem and was very knowledgeable. It was easy to talk to her. Both times Ive been to this office I had an appointment but still had to wait about an hour to actually see the Dr. That includes arriving 15 minutes early to my appointment, the waiting room, getting my vitals taken and waiting some more in the examination room. It is unfortunate that I have to wait so long even with an appointment, but its worth it because I have found a Drs office that I trust.

Being new to the area and having already tried one physician I was concerned about what caliber of care I would get from Dr. Lily Phillips. I was amazed at the thoroughness of not only Dr. Phillips, but the entire staff. Instead of taking others word for my conditions I was sent for tests so the staff at Grace Family Health could make their own diagnosis. At 68 with a few health issues I am very satisfied that I have chosen the right clinic. I always know exactly what is going on with my health because Grace Family Health has a patient portal that has two way communication. Its like having a full time medical team at my disposal. I intend to have my family members move to Grace Family Health as soon as possible.

I can not say enough good things about the wonderful office staff and the caring PA Tiffany Kaufman . Its so neat & time saving to just be able to open my Grace Medical Portal app on my phone and book an appointment, get a refill, look at my lab results, ask the office, PA Tiffany a question etc... Ive never had to wait longer than 15 min , with 4 kids thats awesome ! My older kids are in college and Tiffany has such a great bedside manner making them feel comfortable and is so up to date on the newest medicine, vaccines and treatments. She really cares about you and your health. Finding this office has been a blessing to our family!

My husband and I who are in our late 60s have been seeing Dr. Lily Phillips over the past three years when we first moved to this area. We have both been very impressed with her sincere concern toward our general good health. She is a good listener when we have had a problem and has been spot on in determining how to improve our health. She is down to earth and has an easy way of making us feel comfortable. It is so hard to find so many attributes in one doctor so we feel blessed that we found her. Her staff does a great job in keeping the office running smoothly..

My family loves Dr. Lily Phillips. She is the best doctor that we have ever had. She is very kind and caring and thorough. Her PAs have been wonderful too when we have see them. You may have to wait awhile to get in, but when its your turn, you realize that the care is amazing. You arent being hurried out. The thoroughness and care you receive makes it worth the wait. We drive 40 minutes to see Dr. Phillips now because we have no desire to find another doctor closer to us. Shes the best!

This whole clinic is amazing! everyone is nice and so personable. i can get an appointment whenever i need one and they even have saturday appointments! you can even schedule appointments online through the patient portal. everything you need regarding your health you can take care of in one place. My primary is Tiffany Kaufman PA who is amazing! and i have also seen Michelle Broad NP who is amazing also. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! Clean, Fast, Efficient and Convienient.

I have been going to Grace Family Health for over a year now. I was referred by my sister-in-law who also goes there. I personally see Dr. Lily Phillips but my two daughters have seen other doctors. You get very personal care and never feel rushed. They have improved their wait times tremendously over the past year also. I love the patient portal because I can communicate back and forth with office staff and the doctors by email.

I love Dr. Phillips and her staff, especially PA Tiffany Kaufman and her assistant. We can go to them for anything. They are personable, listen to your concerns, and let you know they care about you. My whole family goes. My husband and son both say they dont want to go anywhere else. Now they have xray in their urgent care! They continously are getting better. We are lucky to have Grace Family Medical as our Medical provider.

Love Dr. Phillips and the rest of the doctors there. I have been going there over 3 years and the rest of my family goes too. Always helpful and very tentative to our needs. I love that I can make an appt to see her or if I need to see a doctor that day the Urgent care is associated with her practice and I can be seen.

I have been going to Lily Phillips for over 3 years and the wait times are just getting worse. I had to wait an hour and a half before I finally got seen by the doctor. Everytime I go its the same. I dont know why they bother telling your to arrive early if your wont get seen till an hour later.

I changed my primary care doctor over to Dr. Phillips after the excellent care I received while being an urgent care patient on several weekends. I love all her staff. I also like that if I need urgent care on a weekend, that I am still seeing my own doctors office.

Dr. Phillips is great, and everyone is very nice. I didnt give it 5 stars because you usually have to wait a while and her staff seems to call in my prescriptions incorrectly 4 out of 5 times.
