Id just like to start off by saying I NEVER write reviews for places because its never worth my time, but I was so disappointed in my experience with this clinic that I feel obligated to write about it. About a month ago, I took a dog there to get his hips tested through PennHIP because they were the closest certified veterinarian to me. When I scheduled the appointment, they didnt know much, if anything about the procedure. I thought it was weird I didnt get a confirmation call reminding me not to feed him after a certain time the night before, but I had read up on the process beforehand and knew he had to be anesthetized for PennHIP x-rays, so I didnt feed him. I dropped him off at 10am and the receptionists didnt even know why I had him there. They would have let me leave him without signing any sort of paperwork if I didnt bring up the fact that he was going under anesthesia and "dont you need me to sign a consent form of some sort?" They said theyd call me when he was done and could be picked up, at the latest itd be 4pm. I never got a call, so I arrived at 4pm. Hed been ready to go home for a few hours. It took 40 minutes for them to cash me out ($400, mind you). They said itd take 1-3 weeks to get results back. I called them two weeks later to check the status of his results and they said "PennHIP will actually contact you before us, so wait to hear from them". So I called PennHIP a few days later and they said his results were completed "2 weeks ago" (just a few days after they were submitted), and my veterinarian should have called me with the results. They couldnt release the results to me because I wasnt the veterinarian, and told me to get ahold of them again. So I called the clinic the next day and they had the results, but "couldnt give me any information on them because the vet was on a farm call for the rest of the day and wouldnt be back in until tomorrow" and there was "no way they could get his approval" to just email me the results and have him go over them with me via phone tomorrow. I was LIVID they were actually going to make me wait longer after failing to contact me in an appropriate amount of time in the first place. After a bit of demanding (Im assuming they somehow got ahold of him), they finally emailed me the results and stated the vet would call me to go over them the following day. Guess what? Its been a few weeks and still no call. I wont hold my breath.

We took our cat Reilly to Saline Veterinary Services when he was having a relapse of urinary track issues/crystals. This was our first experience at this clinic. The staff was great. They called periodically through the week to check up on how he was doing. I felt he wasnt lost in the shuffle like larger vet services and the focus remained on his wellbeing (not on collecting payment). There fees are very reasonable too.

Our dog needed an ultrasound, and we were having a tough time finding a vet that could perform it. We called and got an appointment the same day. Dr Romine and his staff were so compassionate, respectful, and caring. They cared for our dog like he was their own. We will be bringing our other dog here as well. Thank you!

The care and compassion we received here was unbelievable. We were welcomed with open arms on our first visit, which was an incredibly difficult one, and never felt anything but comforted by the knowledge, professionalism, and time that was taken with us. Do not take your pet in for an emergency or a diagnosis. I took my dog there because I was concerned about his health. The doctor never called me back to discuss the results or for a follow up appointment. I ended up having to put down my dog a few weeks later and I am furious I wasted time with these people.

Thank you again from myself (Max) and my owner. You took such good care of me during my visit. Even tho my owner went out and played a round of golf during my brief stay, he said it was too calm his nerves from worrying about me. Thank you again to all the staff for taking such good care of Maxy Boy.

My 4 mouthes cat, my only family died there after the surgery and he was healthy as horse , plus charged me 400$ was awesome experience for declaw. I will Never declaw my cats again
