We used this clinic for 9 years and recently switched. I did not want to, but the care my dog received from the staff (not our vets) declined significantly. Long, long waits in person or on the phone, and a staff that clearly did not care or know what they are doing. Hated to leave, but 2 things happened - 1st they were going to send my dog home with a gaping wound after he pulled out stitches from a surgery; and 2nd when I called and was told I would have to take whichever vet they wanted me to see (which had never happened before) I was done. My dog has chronic issues and I had never had to hop from vet to vet in there. They were very inexpensive, but maybe you do get what you pay for.

Im a customer of over 16 years and have driven 20 mins each way to each appointment to stay loyal however i will no longer do so.....this clinic has officially gone downhill in my book. Theres NO PARKING everytime i go there.i litterally had to double park at the barber shop next door!!!!...THEY ARE WAY OVER PRICED..just check around locally and you will see. They have a loyal group that will continue to go there but they have gotten too big....too many new young employees..and i prefer not to be treated like a number. Its lost its thoughtful and caring feel so i like many others HAVE CHOSEN TO TAKE OUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! Shop around! Youll find better. Just my 2 cents.

We have been taking our pets to Winterville Animal Clinic for several years. We have never had a complaint about any of the services. We have a pet there right now that needed surgery. There was another animal that came needed emergency surgery, but they didnt want mine to wait any longer, so, they stayed past their regular hours so my pet didnt have to wait another day. That doesnt happen much any more. They really care about their animals.

Love this animal clinic ! Everyone is so nice and you can feel that they really care about your pet. The prices for everything are very good and the vet knows exactly what he is doing. My husband and I live all the way in Duluth ga but totally dont mind having to drive down here for our Doberman :) glad we found this awesome place. If you care about your pet and want your pet to be in good hands this is the place to go !

Very long waits even with appointments. Employees seemed rushed and scattered. Did not receive callback for bloodwork, despite giving them three phone numbers. No excuse for this carelessness. They seem too busy and shorthanded to give quality service. Made no attempt to retain my business when I told them I was dissatisfied with their level of consideration.

I really like this clinic. I may get a different doctor every so often but they are all so nice. The staff is great and friendly too. Seems like they enjoy what they do and want you to feel taken care of. And the fees are really nice. Cant ask for more than that. Dr Barry Hitchcock

I wouldnt take my pups anywhere else. The staff is always friendly and honest- I never feel like Im getting tricked or overcharged. I trust them so much that I continue to go there even though Ive relocated to Atlanta! Cant go wrong with this vet practice.

I have three cats, two who have been patients at this clinic for fifteen years. My mom has been a customer for even much longer than that. This is the only veterinarian that we have used in the greater Athens area. Always great doctors, techs, and staff!

The only place I bring my pets! Love the staff, my wait time is usually none or very little, prices are very fair and told of before they do anything. The vets, vet techs, and whoever picks up the phone that day are beyond helpful and friendly.

Prefers appointments but will accept walk-ins. Always has a friendly staff and inexpensive. Offers great grooming and nail trims as well. Its a small location so it can get crowded quick, though.
