My dogs have been seen by Dr. Sandra Jones for several years now. She is the most thorough veterinarian Ive ever met. Today, she had to call me with biopsy results on our dog. First words she said is "I have good news". In the past, she has called and said "It is cancer but we can deal with this" and then went on to explain the plan. You have to respect any doctor that is direct in giving good news or bad. Dr. Jones is extremely intelligent and well connected. When we were facing cancer, within 10 minutes she had an appointment for our dog with one of the best oncologists in the state.....for the next day! Thank you for all you and your staff do!!!

I had been taking my kitty to Vet Select Novi for the past several years. In January, he passed away. We had several visits between finding out he had cancer and his passing. Every one there was kind and compassionate. After he passed, we received a lock of his fur and a paw print, a beautiful card full of personal sentiments and they made a donation in his name. I was very touched. My sisters dog passed only a few years ago and she received nothing from her vet even after going there for years. Choose Vet Select. They will take very good care of your babies and you.

My husband and I absolutely love this vet! All of the doctors are great with our pup and patient with her. After a bad experience with a different vet for the first 4-5 months of her life, we got a recommendation to Vet Select from a friend. Ever since, our pup has been gradually doing better and better with vet visits. The staff is so caring and the bedside manner shown to our little pup is fantastic. Shes finally getting over her fear of going to the vet thanks to the kindness of all of the staff. Wed absolutely recommend them to everyone we know!

Im a big believer in first impressions, and from the moment the phone was answered with a very pleasant voice, to being greeted with a smile when we walked in the front door, the first impression was great. All of the staff was very friendly and informative. They took the time to answer what was probably some silly questions, and gave me lots of helpful information to take home. I was very impressed with everybody Ive encountered there so far.

Love this vet office and staff! My dog was scared her first visit here and the staff was very accomodating. They are friendly, prompt and willing to answer any questions and take all the time you need to make you and your fur baby comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about the ladies here!
