My mother taught me if I did not have anything nice to say then dont say anything at all. Unfortunately, as adults we cannot always afford to adhere to such safety nets. I will not bore the readers with mundane objective descriptive content relative to my pets last few appointments. I will however, attempt to be brief and fair. Most of the staff in which I have come in contact all need a continuing education course on customer relations. A brief reminder that it is the customers themselves in fact that keeps each and everyone of them employed. A polite professional greeting should all be but standard whenever a customer comes in or phones for that matter. It should go without saying that a thank you and come again or have a nice day may actually remind the customer of their pleasant experience the next time their services are needed or even when they hear of anyone else needing or seeking their type of service. Afterall, word of mouth goes a long way especially in this day and age. Hence, social media, etc..etc..etc.! The last few times I was there I was lucky if anyone even glanced up at me from the main reception area, let alone greet me and or say goodbye or thank you. I always think that Im bothering them from their more important affairs or duties. Fortunately for this particular business the public has extremely limited choices in their field of operation. I do wish them luck in their future endeavors. They will need it as I hear a new potential venture is coming to town in 2017. I gave three stars in my review just because the doctor is very knowledgeable and the medicine he prescribes my pet always does its job.

Commerce Vet is by far the best Vet within 30 miles of where I live. I have taken my dogs to other Vets for a cheaper price and I got what I paid for, nothing more. I had to take my pet to Commerce to fit another Vets mess up. They are very caring towards the dogs I bring in. I had a surprise litter of puppies from a dog I rescued and they were more then happy to help me with them and continue to enjoy seeing the Dam and the puppy I kept from the litter. They also know when to ask you to walk a pet into the back as some just do not want to go without their owner. And to top it off they listen when you tell them about things your dog fears. Like a rescue I have fears men, so if my Vet is a male, they will have me walk her back each time and stay with her to keep her from getting stressed, where other Vet will drag her off and have a male dragging her back to me. So all in all, my only complaint is that I can not get copies of X-rays taken. Otherwise I love them and have no complaints.

I love these people their the best my toy chihuahua got extremly sick today right out of the bule she was playing (hyper of course) as usual and then I noticed that she was lethargic looking and non responsive when I picked her up she was covered in drool (I was cleaning the boys room there were crackers and peanuts on the floor i had caught her not to long before eating them)so I rushed her to the commerce veterinary hospital they saw her immediately then told me what was going on and the meds they gave her and they said they would call when she was ready to come home I was back less then an hour and a half .thank you

Unfortunately, when I came in from work today I discovered that our cat was sick. And, unfortunately it was also right before the vet closed, I called and explained that I had just gotten home and was worried about him. The receptionist said to bring him in, we were seen right away. When we received our bill I was shocked, not at how much I was charged but at how affordable it was. I hope we do not need to see any vet too often but when we do we will definitely be going back to Commerce Veterinary Hospital.

Terrible terrible experience!! Took my boxer there 5 days ago for severe vomiting, loss of appetite, and being lethargic. No energy at all and we all know thats unusual for a boxer. All they did was " examine her" , tell us she had a fever of 103.3 and prescribe an antibiotic andnausea medicine. Now... she is MUCH worse and I have to take her to the Pet ER. They did no bloodwork or X-rays or anything!!! I will NEVER trust them with a pet of mine again!

Best place to take your animals. All the vets and staff are very helpful and just overall great. They dont try to sell you things you dont need and are very reasonable on their prices. I recommend them to everyone with animals. I had a dog in for knee surgery and he had to stay a few days and I got a phone call every afternoon with an update. Same thing after we got our other dog spayed, they called to make sure everything was going well at home.

I am not from the Commerce area but had to go to this vet after hours with a very sick dog. The vet waiting for me on a Saturday night and helped me. My dog was very old and sick and had to be put down. Dr. Phillips help me through a very tough spot and I am forever Thankful to him. If I lived in Commerce, GA I would take my dogs to this vet. My experience has always been great with this clinic. Theyre always happy to give a thorough explanation of the medication given, how it works, and a breakdown estimate of the bill beforehand. I also really like that the doctors dont try to push a lot of medications on your animals, unless needed. Theyve always been very sweet and understanding of my skiddish pup, and handle her with care.

I have 5 cats and 3 dogs. I trust the doctors and staff at Commerce Veterinary Hospital completely with all my critters, Ive been going there 10+ years. They are dedicated to the health and welfare of all their patients. They are active in the community with yearly rabies clinics. Highly recommended.

When you call to discuss the ferrel cat problem of Jackson County they act like they are in a hurry to get off the phone with you. We citizens of Jackson County are nothing but a pain in the ass to animal control and the whole system surrounding the animals in Jackson County.

It doesnt matter how much I love these guys, and I do love them. What matters the most is that my fur babies love them and get excited to see all of the employees here. They even enjoy staying with them when we go on vacation.

I am so thankful to have a veterinary clinic in my community that I can trust! Staff is very friendly and treats my fur babies with care. They even make a point to remember their names! The inside is also always very clean.

I wouldnt take my dogs or my rescues anyplace else. The staff is friendly and caring. There is never a long wait, even without an appointment. They are very knowledgable and take the time to answer all my questions.
