DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!! I WISH I WOULD HAVE LISTENED TO THE REVIEWS... I should have listened to my gut as well...I took my dog in for a fever & a cough. (& she was vomiting from being car sick) The Doctor had no clue how to diagnose her, he seem to be confused and unsure of his answers (red flag) He claimed to have given my dog a shot for nausea, shots of antibiotics which caused a allergic reaction (which he also was unsure of..he didnt react right away I dont think he knew what was happening although it was obvious ) Her throat was swelling up & her tongue turned dark purple and she began urinating & choking. He ran and got an antihistamine and gave her that shot & then followed up with more antibiotics then left the room (which doesnt make sense) but it all happened so quickly. (Was only supposed to have a total of 2 shots ) She began to catch her breath briefly just enough time for his team to dismiss us. He never re entered the room. He gave us meds to take home & We were told to come back in a week. as soon as we walked in to our house she died. This all happened in less than an hour...We call back and the doctor said it wasnt their fault but theyre sorry -__- (I was just in shock)& they would give us a refund but that didnt happen either...We got back to the office and they only refunded less than half of the money and then proceeded to tell me that they shouldnt have done that. I was clearly upset and hurt & the woman at the desk kept saying "we have cameras" & that I was threatening her. (When I wasnt I just wanted my money back that they told me they would refund) She had the worst attitude and dismissed me after the negligence of their office...I still cant believe it. The icing on the cake was her slipping my mom coupons for their shop and telling my mother not to tell me that she gave her those..& to bring our other dog in to be seen. .I had to learn a very hard lesson just avoid this place they seem very sketchy and uneducated and just cold hearted & money hungry...its not worth potentially losing a loved one..

Worst vet ever. A 1 star rating is way too kind. I took my 2 healthy energetic boxers (7 & 8) in for vax updates last Friday morning because we were going on vacation and needed to board them at a kennel. My 7 yr old boxer died a few hours later. I called to inform them, and spoke only to the vet tech who seemed sincerely apologetic, but the vet who killed my dog was busy. He never called me back to acknowledge, offer any explanation of what happened, or to offer any condolences, let alone a refund for accidentaly euthanizing my dog. I understand these freak things sometimes happen, but this vet couldnt have possibly handled this terrible event worse. This vet had ZERO personality and bedside manner, and carries himself as if he doesnt like pets at all. I really wouldnt be surprised if his medical license wasnt valid in the US when he came to this country and his only fall back was to become a vet. He seemed to only want to get us in and out quickly and charge the most he could for the 15 minutes he gave us. If I didnt know the law sees such tragedies as simple losses of property and thus vets cant be held accountable for their negligence, I would sue. It wouldnt bring my best friend back, but maybe it could prevent this from happening to others. I shouldve heeded the warnings of the other negative reviewers who also lost their pets under comparable routine circumstances. Its a regret I will have for the rest of my life. Needless to say I will NEVER be seeking future services of any kind from this animal hospital and advise everyone to steer clear of this place. PS- I cant wait to read how this gets spun. Thats how these people seem to address negative reviews.

I have had a great experience at Animal Care. Weve been coming here for years now and they have always been accommodating and thorough. I would definitely recommend a friend and/ or a pet owner... Well that was until today. The staff was not helpful at all. My dog 16 yr old Shih Zuh was nervous and agitated, because he knows generally when he goes to this place hes going to get a shot or multiple shots .Most vets get their assistant to ASSIST, but they wanted me to put a muzzle on my dog, something Ive never attempted. So I advise them that I would hold the dog and they can then put the muzzle on they both looked at me and said; well we dont want to get bit . To make a long story short I came out the wrong and said Ill just pay for the Raby shot that he received today and Ill take him somewhere on Monday that could handle him better the doctor then turns and throws her hand at me as though shes waving me off and just walked away but what further get me more angry ,is that when I asked the young lady at the front desk what was the doctors name she talked a round it but never gave it to me. Im not upset that they didnt see my dog or was able to check his eyes because there was clearly a problem .what upset me was just the clear rudeness and impatience of this particular doctor ..June 3,2017 P.S make sure to dress down when you go because you may just be holding your pet or helping perform a procedure while youre there

Stay far away from this clinic. My first sign of uncertainty was the approach the doctor made at the door. I thought he was the doorman - he hardly looked like a doctor. As I waited in a room with my small pet, I was greeted by a young girl who gave me an estimate before even seeing my pet. The estimate was for over $300 of things that I didnt ask for. When the doctor finally came into the room - he began examining my pet. He started listening to her heart and said she could have a heart murmur! After that, he couldnt draw blood correctly - my poor dog was petrified of this man. She began to squeal and wanted to jump right off the table. I gave the doctor one last chance by allowing him to trim her nails. Instead of snipping one- by one -- he snipped each nail three times! It was my first visit with this man & will be the very last. I snatched my pup from his arms and couldnt believe he was running a clinic like this.. Estimating costs before even looking at my pet. The estimation had a 6month - flea & tick program, a bottle of spray for the house (?) what, and why? I felt so bad for my pup, she was so scared. She has never had an issue with a vet before. Flag 1 -- The pet store is next to a tattoo shop Flag 2 - The rooms are not clean Flag 3- Just because the doctor puts on a white coat, does not mean youre an expert! Stay far away from this clinic

This vet would of killed my 8 month old kitten if we didnt suspect he wasnt giving us correct information. When I took my kitten, Frotch, into Dr. Singhs office, he took one look at him and told us hed have to have his tail amputated ASAP. The estimate was over 700$ (not including all of the other unnecessary things he charged us with) I immediately had a very bad feeling about this guy and something in my gut told me to take Frotch to another vet (Dr. Lisner.. AMAZING!) who told us that if we had his tail amputated right away, it would be fatal. I was so relieved I followed my instinct about Animal Care Hospital I almost cried. Dr. Lisner also explained how we should care for Frotch up until his surgery (2 weeks) and it was complete opposite from what Dr. Singh demanded we do. Lisner Animal Hospital did the surgery for less than half the price of Singhs and even neutered Frotch for free; a true blessing. Although there was one woman there, a middle eastern lady who wore one of those things on her head, that was such a sweetheart. You could tell she really loved animals and she was so nice to us. Please listen to nrk55 and I. Do NOT take your pets to this hospital!
