Said he could eat til 12am, got there at 8:30am and told he couldnt eat past 11:30pm? Then told to come back in two hours. Been sitting in the waiting room for almost an hour now, still havent seen anyone. Should NOT have to be sitting here for 4+ hours!!! Secretary keeps claiming they notified the doctor, yet hasnt gotten out of her seat to say anything to anyone! Very poor service.

Called with an emergency for my 12yr old son. His tooth that is broken in half, holding on...? no one is available to see him today! Every dentist is at UB give kids a smile program! Why didnt they hold a dentist back for emergencies? The phone # I was given is now full & no one has returned my calls. Louse customer service.Lcustomer service
