I went first thing in the morning - 7:45am on a Monday. There was no one else there. There was no wait. I was immediately checked in by the phlebotomist and my labs were drawn seamlessly. I was out of there at 7:53am! I know some people have complained about the wait time, but maybe go at a non-peak time. I was out in less than 10 minutes. I would go again early morning if I needed blood work.

Went there Friday morning walk in around 7:45AM . The wait time was around 35 mins which is typical of any walk in labs. Great staff and wonderful experience! I saw they honored appointments if people came on time, if you are late for the appointment, it will turn to walk in line priority. Seating is good and they also have TV and magazines if you are bored with cell phone usage.

Staff is great, painless! - but they are overworked and the place can get backed up. People come in with no prescription and no idea. Staff does a lot of paperwork and counseling that should be done by the patient and doctor beforehand.

They should have more people.. very upset with the service. Very very sad...had to wait 1 hr even though there was only one person before me...please dont go there if you have any appointments after.

Dont waste your time making an appointment. Ive been here 45 minutes when I had an appointment. Still takennin the order people show up. So what is the point of making an appointment!
