If there was something even lower than 1 star, I would give that to the staff and service at forrestal/ Princeton Lab corp. Had taken my 7 year old for blood work at this facillity and had the worst experience ever. 1) same rude lady managing the reception and the lab, thats how this place runs. 2) She was rude at the reception and downright mean while handling my terrified kid. She did/ said nothing to calm his fears 3)The tourniquet applied while the withdrawing blood was too tight and my son kept crying and saying I cant take the pressure. 4) We were trying to avoid him to look at the needle but she wanted us only to concentrate on keeping his arm straight 5) Took own sweet time to withdraw 3 tubes of blood 6) finally the bandage applied was also too tight. Had to remove it and she didnt even had a bandaid. The waiting room was completely empty, now I know why!!

I have bad experience with LabCorp because twice in 2015 they did not send the blood work results to my sons ordering physician. First time it happened in July 2015. Doctor had to call from her office to get results on phone. Second time it happened in December 2015. Doctors office called to check if we did blood test which was ordered by her on Nov. 17, 2015. The blood was drawn on 11/30/2015 at your Plainsboro, New Jersey lab. This test is very important for my sons condition. It is very irresponsible on part of LabCorp. Publish this under Vikas Deshpandes name
