This is the worst facility! I brought my toddler here for blood work not only is the staff very nasty the woman drawing the blood was borderline abusive to my daughter. She was pulling on her arm and smacking it. This is NOT how you treat a CHILD! My daughter was scared and upset to begin with and not shes flat out traumatized from the experience! It took over a half hour to calm her down after we left! My mother was also with me at the appt and witnessed how horrible they are! Not only should you not go here as an adult beware as this is NOT A CHILD FRIENDLY FACILITY! Ill pay out of pocket for somewhere else before I ever take my children here again!

Ive always gone to LabCorp in East Brunswick, but it seems that everyone goes there. Its impossible to book an appointment closer than two weeks in advance. But the problem with this facility was the skill level of the workers. After 3 different needles, multiple tries, by two different lab techs, they still couldnt get any blood out of my veins! I have never had that happen before. They told me that I should have drank two glasses of water the night before, and that I must be dehydrated. Really????

Its like every other LabCorp. The staff are not well paid and they are just doing their jobs as best as they can. I dont think LabCorp hires employees for their customer service but their ability to do blood draws quickly and accurately and move through the customers. What I will say is, the bathroom is disgusting for a facility that does hygienic blood draws and urine testing. Its hard to adequately describe how disappointing the whole environment is.

Poor customer service. Lack of willingness to do their job. Mind you this location is Appts. ONLY, unlike what it says above that appts. Are recommended! So if you go there 25-30 mins before their closing time and there are no other waiting patients in the hall, they would still not take you in! Would prefer Quest over labcorp in future!

Staff is not attentive, not even eye contact, dont even bother getting out of their seat to call your name so you dont know where to go, almost walked into a technician because he came running down the hall and he didnt even look back or say anything, the staff is only there to do their job, nothing more. dont like it and wont go back.

Im sorry for being honest: Slow motion customer service! I went with appointment,it was crowded. However they take like 35/40mnts just to check in at the computer. I told them to update my personal information, they didnt. My doctor never got my results after 1 week. (I had it to wait at Doctors office to get the results)

Gets 1 star only because I had to in order to leave a review. Worst customer service ever. Had an appointment and waited 1 1/2 hours. Then send me home because of paper technical work with Doctor. I ask if they can call doctor and the lazy lady said "no Im too busy" WHEN SHE WASNT DOING A DAMN THING!!

There is no way the people in this place knows about customer service. They treat everyone as idiots . I live in Monroe . After mutiple incidents , I am now going into the facility in East Brunswick ( though this is a bit far .. I am willing travel and get a better customer service)
