The service is absolutely horrific, and some of the workers do not do their best to help you, and rather, leave you on your own to fix a problem you have zero access to. My mother went for her annual physical in 2015, and got blood work done at this location. The lab gave the wrong diagnostic code to our insurance company, and billed us for part of the cost, which should not have been the case. For over a year, from September 2015 until January 2017, we jumped back and forth on calls from the doctors, insurance, and LabCorp because LabCorp refused to look into our situation and told us to call our insurance, who then told us to contact the doctor for the correct code. We have confirmed with the doctor each month that the doctor had contacted LabCorp and insurance, and notified them of the correct code to use. LabCorp took this to a collection agency instead of looking into the situation, and so we called our insurance once again to reconfirm that the bill is NOT our responsibility. The insurance representative called LabCorp for us, and confirmed that it was indeed LabCorps mistake that we kept on getting billed. So finally, after a year of bills and complaints, LabCorp is taking responsibility and fixing their mistake. A year. And each and every time I called, their representative just brushed us off claiming we are wrong and that it is not their fault. Needless to say, l will stay away from this lab because the workers will screw up and place the blame on the patient.

Worst (and only) LabCorp in the area-- about as bad as the DMV. Long wait times are typical, which really sucks if you have been fasting and must report early. Appointment times are generally not accurate. Office staff are often rushed and/or rude. Facility itself looks dirty and needs a complete refresh. Its only saving grace are the friendly and efficient phlebotomists.

Horribly managed. Made an appointment for 1030, got here around 10, and the lady said they dont start services until 11. If thats true, why would I be allowed to make an appointment at 1030? Simply ridiculous.
