I will absolutely drive out of my way to come here. I had to go two weeks ago, my ortho sent me, I was there for 90 mins the wait want long trying to get blood drawn was the problem. I have difficult veins. They roll. I went through 5 nurses before it was able to get done. But every single person I encountered was beyond friendly and patient and had me in mind. I get light headed if Im Stuck more than once, so they let me lay down and were very patient and didnt rush me out the door because they had a hard time. I offered to come back innthe 4th nurse and when I went to eh front the women was like no you waited here a long time Ill do it.. winner !! I was in there today for MORE lab work... Not even crowded at 11am.i intact brought the crowd it seemed but it always moves so quickly. But I was walking back and I told the guy my veins are difficult hes like okay I said well are you good?? He was like very lol I promise I said okay! Wellll it happened my veins were protesting... I got light headed started getting hot seeing black spots lol so we went to the lids room to lay down and do it and he unfortunately had to.draw from my hand .. Not fun that hurt! But he was constantly asking me of I was okay did I need wanted more ice packs... that is some solid bed side manner! Love the staff here! They are wonderful.

Huge line in the waiting room on a Saturday but it seemed to mice quickly. I hate giving blood but this place makes it easy
