Very disappointed. Staff was not friendly just robotic. She was annoyed I came in at 2:22PM. New hours closing at 2:30PM and day before door was locked prior to closing as me and someone else tried to get in. Even after I came in the next day at 2:22 she locked door at 2:25. Karmel Ann was worker and she should not be working with people. She sighed like she was annoyed and she even took her aggravation out by being harder on me when she put the needle in. Its one thing to be scared going to give blood but then having to deal with a scary and negligent person on top of it really sucks. When she talked it was all robotic statements and she showed absolutely no care, concern or even an ounce of personality for the patient. I recommend for nobody to go here and I wouldnt go if my insurance didnt say Quest is my in network lab.

Their website should say walk ins ingnored because they certainly arent welcomed. I got there with one other person in waiting room. As it began to fill, my name was repeatedly skipped as I sat there for an hour. I walked out. The staff isnt friendly and for a Saturday, they were understaffed. Annoyed that I will eventually have to go back as this is the lab I have to use through my insurance, but next time Ill make an appointment. Dont waste your time as a walk in!

This is the worst in customers service! Techs dont want you to come when it close to closing time. If they want to go home before the posted hours, then post earlier times to take the last appointment. You shouldnt make patients uncomfortable because of bad time management. No matter what, people shouldnt make you feel you are a bother to them seeking services of any kind. Your body language tells all.

I had NO issue with this place or its staff whatsoever. I had an 11:15 appointment and I was seen at 11:20. The only frustrated people in the waiting room were people who did not schedule an appointment. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because there are only two staff members working and if perhaps if there were one more it would have been helpful for those who were walk-ins.

People do not work. Do not warn that if tests can not take out of the building, the ratio of poor people. I do not recommend to anyone to appear here. Lunch for them is most important than people, we will no longer foot in this place.

I Dont understand these reviews,I have been at this Quest many times with appointments and have been in and out in a very short time. the people I have dealt with have been plesant and profesional.
