1 Star For Poor Customer Service At Front Desk . 5 Stars for my experience with coaches and the manager Tony. I took my child for summer camp last year and few group sessions. I chose to not write a review as I dont write unless it is needed. This is my honest review about front desk. Whenever I interact with the front desk, they seem to be either showing irritation, lacking the intent to help or answer the simple question saving time for everyone. My current review is based on multiple experience considering the most recent experience at front desk, the lady responded. " I just came back from holiday and I can not give you the information right away in a very rude and condescending tone and this is when I did not ask for the information right away. I just asked if she has it. I am wondering if the front desk needs more holiday than actually be at work and respond to phone calls like this. It is a communication issue. So 1 Star for this response. Feedback: Please improve the customer front desk service because that is the interface between clients and technical participation. Clear communication always helps.

I am a low B tournament racquetball player from the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago and was pleasantly surprised with the variety of talent at this club. They have all ranges in age and level of play. Best of all they are so friendly and Ron brings an awesome batch of fresh bagels for every round robin. Ive been shipwrecked in the area for 6 out of the past 7 weeks and being able to play and socialize at this club 3x a week was definitely a lift. The courts could use some minor repairs, but its mostly ascetics (paint and back half of the courts need new ceiling tiles).
